This product is very thick and slimy, it's hard to drink, I've tried adding more water but it doesn't work.
It's like trying to drink Slim. Although it doesn't taste bad, it's hard to drink. It doesn't mix well either, very lumpy and slimy.
I would not recommend this product.

You need a spoon to eat this, it is so gelatinous! You can't drink it! It's slimy and pretty much gross! I'm seriously thinking about returning. I wanted something healthy that I could take on the run because I am on the road a lot for my work. This isn't it.

I was very excited to try this product as I am looking for a meal replacement shake, and this one had so many benefits. I have used it three times, barely able to get the contents of the shake down because of how thick and slime-like it is. All three times I have used it in a blender bottle and I know people keep saying "use a blender," but that’s not why I wanted this product. It’s easier for me to take it on the go.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I can honestly say I NEVER purchase anything online. I purchased this product after watching the 45-minute video that popped up on my Instagram feed.
I actually enjoy the shake very much. Flavor was great, texture was a bit thick and hard to get past, but what I don't like is how I am on the toilet after. I start my day with this shake and like clockwork, I'm in the bathroom. I just can't afford the toilet time with this shake. I know it seems small, but I am very on the go and cannot have a shake where I am in the toilet most of the morning. It did not upset my tummy in the least, just really flushed me out.
My wife and I both had the same experience. This product is just not for us.

I have only mixed this shake in a blender bottle so far. It tastes ok but the consistency is just very very thick. I will probably try it in a blender to see if it helps with the thickness. Probably will not purchase again.

ProPlant Complete shake is my first product from Dr. Gundry. Usually, I substitute breakfast with it. It is fulfilling and satisfying. I work in the hospital and not always have time to sit down and eat. Depending on availability I add banana or 1/2 of avocado to my shake and I can last until lunch without feeling hungry. On my day off I take shake with me and have it after working out or swimming class.

Have been mixing the powder with organic, sugar-free coconut milk, and drinking twice daily.
One of the first noticeable improvements was the lack of hunger.
The powder has a great taste, not chalky as other protein powders I have experimented with.
I have recommended the protein power to friends at the gym, and they to have had positive comments and results with weight loss, however, more importantly, they are feeling less fatigued and feel better overall.

The Chocolate is very delicious. The shakes are filling, so they cut down on the amount of snacks I eat. I feel less bloated and have more energy. I love it. So far, I've lost 10 pounds my first month. Thank you Dr. Gundry.

I am recovering from Bypass surgery on 4/25/19 and I saw the ad for ProPlant Complete Shake on the internet. I bought the product but prior to actually taking it, I passed it by my surgeon, my cardiologist, and my Cardio Physical Therapy team. All responded positive saying there was nothing harmful or bad in it and to go ahead and use it. It is working like Dr. Gundry said about removing the mid-section fat which is responsible for Diabetes and heart problems. My side handles are almost gone and I have a loss of 23 pounds due to diet and exercise. I replace 4 and 5 meals a week with a shake. The mix I use is Kale, celery, strawberries, and one scoop of shake powder, I mix with water in a blender.

I like the ProPlant chocolate shakes for breakfast; they are very filling. I have a shake at about 8 am and I'm not hungry until 12:30 or 1 pm. I am never hungry later in the morning or looking for snacks.

I have only been using the ProPlant Shake for a few weeks, and don't take it daily, however, I enjoy the flavor and find it to be a great meal replacement when in a hurry or just want to keep my calorie intake to a minimum. I am vegan so I also enjoy the benefit of adding some protein to my day...usually before a workout. I have been adding the PreBiothrive to my shake and it makes the shake a bit thicker and is a great way to take my PreBiothrive! Thanks, Dr. Gundry, for all the great products! I have noticed a big difference in my overall health and energy levels since I started taking your products and avoiding lectins as much as possible! I bought several canisters and gave one to each of my daughters!
