They claim they provide you with a custom fasting plan. You go thru and answer some questions and input your email address. They say you will get an email shortly with your custom report, then they have you pay $66 for a year's access to their app they have you download. The cheesy app just presents you with a list of various well-known fasting plans and you just pick the one that looks appealing to you. This is not custom selected for you based on your answers to the questions. Then the app is nothing more than a reminder timer to notify you the times of day you should and should not eat anything. Info posted on the app and facebook page is no different than any information you can find for free on thousands of websites just by googling the various fasting plans.
Less than 12 hours after signing up and paying for the app and discovering this is not what I was led to believe it would be, I emailed and asked them to kindly refund my money because it's not what I thought it was and I don't want it.
They canceled my membership but refuse to refund my $66. They then email me their no-refund policy, which was never presented to me during the purchase process from their facebook ad. This is a scam and a rip-off. Don't get screwed out of money like I did. Just Google intermittent fasting and you will fund some of the same info and more for free.
If they hadn't refunded me like I asked, and provided top-notch customer service to make an unhappy customer happy, I would have left a great review. But not only was the product not as described in the ad, they basically just replied to my email stating too bad so sad, you're not getting your money back. That is extremely bad customer service, on top of providing a bait and switch. This is fraud.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Also, our specialists are ready for consultation 24/7. Meals database is being updated every week. A refund is always issued if the product was found faulty. Yet, we cannot issue a refund if you simply changed your mind or do not want our app.

In such cases, client must contact our customer support at hello@dofasting.com within 14 days upon purchase and provide detailed information proving Company's product fault (with visual proof attached). Once a refund is issued, Client no longer has the access to Company's product. All refunds are applied to the original method of payment. By purchasing from the Company's website, client agrees to this refund policy and relinquishes any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions.
