It has only been a couple of weeks since I received my first order and started using it. So far my hair feels softer and a little fuller.

I will continue to use the product and will be happy to review again after more time has passed.

I haven't been using it long enough to really give a good review, but I will say that so far it makes my hair feel good. My hair tangles very easily and the shampoo seems to make it worse while in the shower. The conditioner, however, seems to combat that and my hair ends up soft and manageable.

First of all, I paid a lot more than what you're asking now and I do not have any hair growth. I used it faithfully but did not see any results. It did not work for me and I am out a lot of money.

This will be the 2nd time we have used Shapiro and our hair is full! We love the shampoo and conditioner so much we no longer purchase any other shampoo or conditioner. We love the smell and in the first 30 days, we could see results. My only beef is that it takes a while to get the product once you order it so if you are interested in ordering this, and you fall in love with the results, don't wait until you are down to your last drops because you don't want to go back to something else until your order is received, so order early!

I've been using the shampoo for about 3 weeks and my hair is fuller, manageable, and looks so much healthier. I have noticed thinning spots are now showing some hair growth and I do feel with continued use that my hair will be as it once was.

Expensive! There is a known cancer ingredient in their product line. When we became aware of this, we returned the new unused/unopened order back to Shapiro MD. They did not refund our credit card and they received the products back. When I called their customer service to resolve, they were not helpful and said they will not credit the order. Though I was previously given an RMA # for the return, they said I waited too long to resolve this issue. In my opinion, that is bad business!

Worst customer service I have ever gotten. Product doesn't work, trial is pointless, and good luck canceling your subscription. They argue with you over the phone. They are no help what so ever. They steal your money and blame you for your hair loss and not the product. I would never recommend anyone to buy their product or deal with their customer service. I was treated soo bad that it made me write all of this. Ann is the lady's name that I dealt with and has personal issues.

My online order was doubled. After confirmation, I called to cancel one order. The rep was foreign and talked so fast I had to ask her to slow down. She assured me the additional order was canceled. That was untrue. Ten days later I received 2 orders. I called immediately and the same foreign rep said I had to pay shipping and return the additional order. She assured me the cost would be nominal. That also was untrue. Post office charged $16 to send back the mistake they made.

Helps make your hair thicker and starts to grow new hair. The shampoo and conditioner smell awesome too. I have been using this product for months and am going to keep using it. I would recommend this shampoo and conditioner for anyone who has think hair or needs spots to grow.

This is the most predatory company I have ever met. Their product doesn’t work and they constantly play games with their billing vs. the price advertised online. I just tried to buy a 4-month supply at $133.87 and they charged me $199.80. I had to call them and cancel the entire order. DO NOT work with these people - it's a money-driven marketing scam.

I have been pleasantly surprised by your products. I have been using your shampoo and conditioner for about 6 weeks and have seen a vast improvement in my hair, it looks thicker and more healthier than before using your products.
