Worst customer service I have ever gotten. Product doesn't work, trial is pointless, and good luck canceling your subscription. They argue with you over the phone. They are no help what so ever. They steal your money and blame you for your hair loss and not the product. I would never recommend anyone to buy their product or deal with their customer service. I was treated soo bad that it made me write all of this. Ann is the lady's name that I dealt with and has personal issues.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
