I started the Plant Paradox program along with Total Restore after suffering an intestinal parasite infection for 3 months and finally got treated. My gut had been destroyed by the infection and subsequent treatment. Only 1.5 weeks into the program and supplement use I didn’t have any more abdominal pain, bloating, or diarrhea. Total Restore is a great product. It helped with gas, indigestion and bloating and rid of old stuff which gave me a lot more energy and boosts my metabolism. It is easy too, I will definitely purchase again.

I bought 2 bottles and take it everyday as directed with my evening meal. Before starting this product, I was struggling with IBS and seeing many doctors and dietitians. I also came off a strict Keto diet about 3 months ago or so before I tried this. I stopped the Keto diet because it raised my blood pressure and I got depressed. I went from being in great shape and feeling great on Keto to feeling pretty crappy again in that 3 month span. That is why I gave you a shot. I did the Keto diet for 6 months and went from 250 to 220 lbs. Although, I went back up to 245 lbs before I tried your plan. I bought PDF versions of your books and read them and I also purchased this product.

So far, over a month into it, I feel pretty good. However, I cannot say it is the product as much as it is the diet that is making the difference. Being lectin-free and eating healthy choices, no sugar and very low to no grain sources has made a world of difference. It is the same or similar success I had with Keto, for similar reasons. However, on this diet I no longer take acid medication, which I am thrilled about (took it for some 6 years). Though I find both diets restrictive and hard to follow for those of us who are struggling to pay the bills, it is necessary for living a somewhat normal and pain-free life. Buying organic, grass fed, and alternative, etc. is very expensive and hard to find. Buying supplements is also expensive. I have a 2-year-old that I can barely afford to send to daycare and that is with my wife and I both working full-time jobs and trying to get out of $180,000 of student loan debt!

That said, thank you for the research and the diet. I do appreciate your hard work. I plan on continuing as long as I remain healthy. Though I am not sure I will continue to buy this product, as it is not something we can really squeeze into our regular budget. On this diet, I lost about 20 lbs so far and I am leveling off and staying about there. This is not yet what I lost with Keto, but still a respectable amount, as I am 6'6" 225 lbs. My belly is almost flat for the first time since...college some 10 years ago. All in all, the product may or may not work, but in conjunction with the lectin-free diet, it is helping me feel better. Basically, in order to afford this product or the plethora of others I try to add (pre and probiotics, CoQ10, fish oil, and lemongrass for my high BP, and Fargelin for hemorrhoids), it is just such a huge expense. I end up trading meds for food, as we can't afford both. That said, I eat 1 meal a day and maybe a salad or other small thing as well. In case you are wondering, I weight lift and do push-ups, crunches, squats, and run everyday, so I am not exactly a couch potato...lol. I also intermittent fast everyday and try to keep a disciplined lifestyle as best as possible. Thanks!

I have had digestive problems for many years and was diagnosed with Diverticulitis 3 years ago. I was browsing the internet when I saw the ad. Watched the whole thing (too long), and ordered the product. It arrived in time for my 79th Birthday. In one week I saw an improvement. I feel "normal". The bloat is gone. My husband is Celiac and lactose intolerant. For years, and innumerable endoscopies and colonoscopies he has suffered from debilitating diarrhea no matter how pure his diet was. We tried everything! I have simply been troubled with chronic constipation. We started taking Total Restore a few months ago and thought yeah I’m somewhat better. But, then my husband started saying how much better he was feeling. His energy level is up. I am on my first bottle of Total Restore. I have also printed a copy of Dr. Gurdy’s Food Pyramid which I have posted in my kitchen and am doing my best to follow this eating guide. My tummy is making a few noises so I am sure something is happening but it’s early days for me but determined to keep at it for better health.

I have only used Total Restore for one month and I have had very good results periodically with complete elimination. I’m trying to figure out if my diet causes the poor results, or if I’m not drinking enough water. Hopefully, I can figure out what I can do to achieve the very good results on a daily basis. I have started a daily food chart to see if I notice a pattern.

I contacted a horrible intestinal bacteria (H-pylori) last year and after numerous treatments of antibiotics it went away but my stomach was never the same. I used a variety of probiotics and kefir and still had a bloated stomach.

Two clear changes in my daily routine are:

Two regular, complete bowel movements a day. Since a bout with breast cancer, chemo, radiation in 2015/16 (I'm okay now), this function had not been "normal."

I no longer require an afternoon nap. I do this when I can because I like it, but I am not walking around like a zombie at 2:00 in the afternoon any longer.

I still work full time in a company I own. I am 81 years old and happily feeling great.
