Two clear changes in my daily routine are:
Two regular, complete bowel movements a day. Since a bout with breast cancer, chemo, radiation in 2015/16 (I'm okay now), this function had not been "normal."
I no longer require an afternoon nap. I do this when I can because I like it, but I am not walking around like a zombie at 2:00 in the afternoon any longer.
I still work full time in a company I own. I am 81 years old and happily feeling great.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
