The initial intake was about 20 minutes before I was virtually seen. The NP was very thorough with my medical history and talked about the benefits of the medication. I agreed with her assessment and in 2 days I started my medication. I can contact them 24-7 through the app with any questions or concerns. I lost did a follow up with Danielle NP and again was impressed with her professionalism and bedside manner, even if it was over the phone. I’m very pleased with the service and will seek out other services if the need arises.

I was skeptical about this but Danielle validated what I was feeling and really looked at my history and answers. She was very understanding and called back after reviewing my medications to discuss which ones couldn't be taken together. She was also very thorough about how this process works. I don’t usually write reviews but I love this company! During this pandemic you may not want to go to the doctor’s office but they are here for you online. I’ve tried others and have been scammed. Lemonaid Heath has been the best to me. You know who your doctor is and can chat/video chat with them unlike the rest. They are easy to contact and will usually get back to you the same day!
