I was dealing with a painful UTI and spoke with a nurse named Emily just hours after filling out a quick questionnaire. Emily was really kind, efficient, and understanding of what I needed. I also actually missed the first call I got from a provider and when I called back, the customer service rep I spoke to picked up right away and was also really understanding and quick in getting me connected. This was such an easy process!
