14-year-old cat has renewed exuberance!

By Cathy R., Montville, NJ, Verified Reviewer

My 14-year-old cat loves Nature's Feast! She even loves Nature's Feast dog food as well. She has slimmed down and has more energy on her new diet. And, she definitely loves it hydrated.

Finely

By Stephanie S., Minneapolis, MN, Verified Reviewer

I tried another raw food a few years ago and it was a disaster, so I was hesitant to try it again but I knew my cat was struggling in his cat box. After listening to Dr. Marty’s whole video on Facebook, I ordered.

I can’t believe how my finicky boy did so well with the transition to Nature’s Feast. My cat was on a prescription food for urinary crystals. He liked the taste but I could see there was rice in the can and I wanted a grain-free food for him. On day 5 of the introduction of Nature's Feast after breakfast, he spent 1/4 of the regular time in his box, and instead of seeing little hard pieces of poo, there was a productive size poop. And get this – he is playing with his toys again like a kitten. It’s a little hard waiting 15 minutes in the morning while the food rehydrates because he is ready to eat, but the wait is worth it because I know this is the best thing for him.

Casper and Ginger went nuts over the salmon selection. I also ordered the chicken snacks but never received them. A bit too expensive for me.

Nutrition

By Deborah P., Dothan, AL, Verified Reviewer

At first, I thought she would want it all the time but she likes it better as a bonus once a day. She still loves her kibble so I add it without stirring. Like a garnish. I like knowing she has the benefit of Nature's Feast, but not the trauma of change.

Isabella loves her new food

By Patricia G., Blue Ridge, GA, Verified Reviewer

Isabella, 5 years old, has really taken to her new food. It took only 3 or 4 feedings for her to get used to the change and now just gobbles it up! My concern is, the little kibbles are so dense I feel like she may be missing some nutrients. She weighs 5+ pounds and the recommended feeding does not fill her up. I feed her more than the recommended amount. Is that ok? She does drink a good bit of water. Some days she is lazy and other days loves to play. She never goes outside. We live in the mountains so she and her sister, Harlow, stay inside.

Dry food

By Marjorie L., Sherman Oaks, CA, Verified Reviewer

My cats would not eat it wet but like it dry. I incorporated it with their original dry food. However, now it is strictly Dr. Marty’s. I wish the packaging was different. It’s hard to pour and a lot of it at the bottom becomes powder, which I just add to my soil in the garden.

Food for my cat Riley, who was prone to bladder stones

By John D. C., Appleton, WI, Verified Reviewer

Riley (my male cat) was originally on my vet's prescription bladder diet, since he was prone to getting bladder stones and had been overweight, lethargic, and complained when he went to the bathroom (due to stones in his bladder). He had surgery on his bladder to remove the stones, which relieved his discomfort when urinating, but he still remained lethargic, overweight, and generally not a very energetic cat.

I then learned of Dr. Marty Nature's Feast cat food and decided to try it to determine if it would help Riley to feel better, reduce his weight, improve his general health, and hopefully reduce his chances of bladder stone reoccurrence.

I began feeding him Nature's Feast about 8–9 months ago. First, very gradually, and then most of his daily food intake became Nature's Feast (with the exception of a canned prescription meat cat food) as his morning food.

As the months moved forward I noticed that he seemed more energetic and his coat improved. In addition, he lost about 1.7 lbs in weight, which was good for him. However, he still sometimes complained when he went to the bathroom.

At his February 2022 wellness visit with his vet, almost everything was within normal ranges for him except his vet performed an x-ray to check his bladder and kidneys and found his bladder free of stones, but one of his kidneys had three small stones in it. Riley has never had kidney stones, and the appearance of them now after this change in his diet, raises the questions as to whether his new Nature's Feast food may be the cause of the kidney stones.

When I indicated to my veterinarian that I had changed his diet, the vet indicated that the Nature's Feast type of diet, where there are no grains of any kind, is not recommended for proper kidney and bladder function, and suggested I stop feeding him Nature's Feast and return to the prescription diet that he was on before. However, the prescription diet created issues with my cat's weight, made him more lethargic, and had many fillers and chemicals that I felt might be doing more harm than good, and may have been the reason for his past medical issues.

I am in a quandary as to what's best for my cat Riley at this time. My question, as I end this commentary, is would Nature's Feast have caused kidney stones to form in his kidney because of a lack of grains in the cat food diet as suggested by my vet?

I would like to provide Riley with food that will keep him healthy, free of stones in both organs, and gradually losing weight.

Can you help me with this determination?

Nature's Feast helped my senior cat

By Dani C., Minneapolis, MN, Verified Reviewer

I am very happy with the results after putting my cat on Nature's Feast. My kitty is a senior cat and was put on a kidney diet prescribed by our vet but she was never enthused about it. I had lately been concerned when her level of playing went down to zero, her fur looked lackluster, and she mostly slept all day.

Additionally, I always thought that my cat was weird when she asked for bits of seaweed and liked to nibble on a few sunflower seeds, but after watching Dr. Marty's ad on Youtube, I found out that there was a reason behind her madness.

When I first opened Nature's Feast to mix it in with the kidney diet and my cat started curiously sniffing and then begging to try her new food, I knew I was on the right track. Since then, Chloe has regained some of her old energy back and will do short playtimes with me as well as explore around the house. She's also getting so much nutrition that she's spacing out her feedings more. Her fur also got more fluffy.

Looking forward to many more years with my purr-machine!

Cats love it!

By Cindy A., Corvallis, OR, Verified Reviewer

My cats are very finicky eaters and I will supplement with wild-caught if they don't like what I am serving. They love Nature's Feast, AND, unlike the kibble they used to eat, no more random throwing up after eating. Great food that makes my cats happy and keeps them healthy — a win-win for any loving cat mom!

Great product! Totally recommend it!

By Linda E., St. George, UT, Verified Reviewer

My kitty has been using Nature's Feast for about 2 years. He's a very picky young fellow. Once he was given Nature's Feast, he didn't want anything else.

It is recommended that Nature's Feast is eaten wet. My kitty prefers it dry.

Kitty is healthy and full of life. We don't ever want to be without Nature's Feast. It is filled with premium quality freeze-dried foods. I don't believe there is anything on the market that would be as healthy or that our kitty would find so tasty and enjoyable! Keeping our kitty healthy is very important to us!

We are thankful we found Dr. Marty. Any purchase has a 90-day guarantee and is fully refundable. You can't go wrong!
