Bye Bye Foundation Reviews

I was impressed with the Bye Bye Foundation when I received my introductory offer. I even personalized the regular shipment and looked forward to an ongoing relationship with the company. When I needed additional product, that is when the problem began. I called to order an additional Bye Bye Foundation and was charged $50 for the same size (1.8 oz) tube. I felt the product went from Bye-Bye Foundation to Buy- Buy foundation! The representative that spoke to me when I called to question the action was not at all helpful, and did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. so I canceled all future deliveries and will not do business with this company again.

Unfortunately I read these reviews after I placed the order, but then canceled it right after. Thanks to these reviews (they were very helpful) the representative canceled the auto ship right away. I ordered the sample pack for $39.99, and I'll see if there are any other charges to my account. There better not be, or I'm going viral with this!

Bye Bye does not last. By midday you can see the redness come through. It does not work. I recommend that you don't waste your money to purchase this product.

I tried the product I only received what the commercial said was given for the $39.95 but was charged over a hundred fists and told I ordered a big package. I only got what the small package was and they did not seem to care one but. I tried it and it didn't cover the dark spots and it is thick. I tried small amounts and if I even touch my face I get it on my hands or sweater. I the emailed company about the price and they said I had to pay the full amount because that's what asked for. I would think that's the case. I want whatever the big order is, not the small trial offer that I am now paying full price for.

The first problem was that I was suggested a light shade for an African American person but a light skin color. After I had placed my order, I was still not sure the person suggested me the right shade so I went o line to check out the different shades, and that's where I confirmed the shade suggested to me was wrong. Therefore, I call back to make an adjustment on my order.

What a nightmare! I was told to call customer service and the other says for me to call sales point. I had to work so hard for something could've been a quick minute fix. In the midst of explaining my reason to everyone I talked to, I was suggested 3 types of shades, one from each person I talked to! It makes me think, are they even knowledgeable in the the product they're selling?

Finally, I opened my account to actually make payments to my own bills, and guess what I find?! A charge for $149.95, it took me a second to understand what the charge was for. The ad and sales person clearly state that the charge is $39.95 + $10.00 for adding two more products for a total of $49.95. Instead, I got charge $149.95. It's a RIP OFF. I'm still on a process to get my money back and cancel my order and never trust them ever again. I wish I checked consumer's reviews before I even attempted to order It. wasted my time trying to go from one call to the other. If it was possible, I would put Zero stars to this product. I will make sure to share my nightmare on all my social media accounts.. I wouldn't want any of this stuff happening to anyone else at all.

It Cosmetics is a total scam. I ordered the $40 sample kit. Received that kit and the the next day the full sized $60 kit. Returned that but this month received two more kits on the same day and $195 taken out of my credit card. When I called customer service they told me I didn't read the "fine print". I just wanted to try the cosmetics. More trouble than it's worth.

I like the foundation, but it is a tiny tube. The concealer, powder, and the mascara are also tiny. Very disappointed.

I love everything about this product including the coverage, and the way it makes your skin feel. I love the mascara as it's awesome and the eyeliner is the best eyeliner that I have ever used. It doesn't smudge anything. I love this product and when I got the product, I don't use makeup everyday at my day job as a bus driver. I asked them right away to please take me off the autoship program and that when I need more orders, I'll call and order more. So far, I haven't had any problems with it.

Do not, under any circumstance, get sucked into this introductory offer. After you purchase it, they will tell you that they sent you a super order that totals over a hundred dollars! I can assure you that I did not like the products, and now I have something that I will never use, and that costs me more than I can afford.

I feel that companies are using the introductory offers as a scam.

I prefer just about any other foundation. They talk about layering for coverage, but that doesn't seem to help, since even a thin layer looks like a 2 year old child applied it, and is not natural by any stretch of the imagination. If it covers so well, why do they include a concealer (which, by the way, also doesn't work)? I got the full kit, and I agree wholeheartedly with the reviewer complaining about the eyeliner, because it's unwearable, due to the smearing. It's impossible to apply correctly, and is just a mess. Plus, I don't know what's the point of the powder, because it just makes the makeup more noticeable. So not only does it not look natural, but it doesn't provide coverage. Normally, any caked on makeup at least provides coverage, but not this one. If you want to get your foundation online, I'd recommend any of the mineral foundations over this, because at least they provide coverage, without a caked-on appearance.

I have a drawer full of foundations that have all come with the promise of making my 60 year old, dry, uneven skin tone face look like perfection. They range from Cover Girl (yes, I believed Ellen), to ungodly priced products that I can't even pronounce. This is the one and only product that has absolutely delivered! The It Foundation/Moisturizer does exactly what is claims it will do, the concealer covers perfectly, and the mascara is awesome. And the best part is there was no cracking, and no heavy makeup, goopy feeling. I've gotten tons of compliments, not on my makeup, but on how great my skin looks! I am a very happy customer!
