Ripped Off!

By Jennifer Velo, California, Verified Reviewer

Unbelievable. The advertised price of "only $59.95 plus free shipping" is FALSELY ADVERTISED. There is very fine print a couple of pages later that says that you will be charge 3 installments of $59.95, plus shipping. You can read the small print below. Even the first sentence is misleading. I expected my first delivery, THEN another one would be sent "approximately 4 weeks after" my first order. No, my friend, this is not true. You won't see another package from Crepe Erase until 12 weeks later, but your credit card will be charged every month.

Also, I ran out of the product before the 4 weeks were up, so how was I supposed to make it in 12 weeks? I suppose they get away with this legally by having the fine print on their website. They take advantage of people who order their "miraculous" product.

Approximately 4 weeks after your first order is shipped, and then approximately every 12 weeks thereafter, you will be sent a new full size supply of our 5-Piece system. Each shipment will be charged to the card you provide today, in three installments, approximately every 4 weeks at the guaranteed low price of $59.95 plus $3.99 for shipping and handling per installment, unless you call to cancel.

Just greasy lotion

By Gayle, Denver, CO, Verified Reviewer

I, too, had great hopes of plumper, rehydrated skin. Just look at Jane! Sadly, what I got was a thick, greasy cream that was never convenient to apply. Who has an hour to hang out naked and let the stuff absorb? Also, just read that the real reason Jane Seymour looks so young, it is in her bio, identical HRT so I feel completely scammed. The good thing is that they do honor the money back guarantee. I did get all my money back. Man, I so wanted this to be the magic product that was advertised, but it's not even really a usable everyday moisturizer, just too thick and oily.

Just a Cream

By Katia, Miami, Florida, Verified Reviewer

I'm 45 years old. Disliking the couple of wrinkles on my knees, decided to order Crepe Erase. If it worked for those older ladies on the TV, "it has to work for me!"

I ASKED them, please not to put me on autoship and of course I received more creams and more charges. After much arguing they refunded me the charges and I decided to try the Crepe Erase until the cream was gone, along with the exfoliator.

I did everything it said, the exfoliation and rubbing the cream in a circular motion for up to 60 seconds. I have been using it now for almost 3 months and NOTHING. Not one change. It didn't even make it seem like it made wrinkles' appearance any less.

So I'm out of $60 and I got to keep my wrinkles. Live and learn. Not what I was hoping for.

Unexpecrted charges

By Dharma, Memphis, TN, Verified Reviewer

Beware of their sneaky ways. They ask you to return their product if you don't like it and charge your account for months. The product itself is nothing real, just an usual cream and it will not erase anything. It is definitely overvalued.

False Advertising!

By Suzanne Ellis , Athens, GA

The advertisement was that the Crepe Erase was $39.95, yet it turned out to be $119.85. That's why I canceled it, and am mailing it back. Thank you.

Sorry, not worth the money

By Kathy , California

I bought this product, namely because of Jane Seymour. I like the big jar of Crepe Erase, but the rest of the products were worthless. I looked into returning them but the shipping & handling were not worth it. So, in my opinion, don't waste your money. Customer service was not helpful at all.

Crepe Erase

By Bev , Ohio

I am waiting for my first shipment. I had a bad moment when I saw my bank statement "recurring charge", and was not told I was agreeing to an ongoing charge on my credit card when I ordered over the phone. I was told over and over “just try it and you will be happy”. So, I am waiting to get happy. However, I haven't received my shipment yet. More later!

Bad and false advertising

By Yolonda Johnson , Texas

I sent them their products back, never got my refund. I have a tracking number. When I tried to contact them, it's like the number is blocked. You can buy products like this at a local store that work better. It's a scam. They put these people on the phone that talk too much about nothing, wasting your time (how you do today, and thank you Ms. Yolanda, can I call you Yolanda?). They are full of bull. They will tell you that they are going to refund if you return the product. I did the best thing, I got a tracking number. I'm going to put them on Facebook and all over the networks.

"Crap" Erase

By G Patel , United Kingdom

This product should be renamed Crap Erase rather than Crepe Erase, as the only thing that gets erased is the money in your bank account. I only gave it one star because I was forced to in order to submit my review.

Customer Service

By Terri Brown, West Virginia, Verified Reviewer

After watching the infomercial for Crepe Erase, I'll admit I was moved to purchase. Belatedly thought I'd better look at customer reviews, and glad I did. Immediately called the 'order' number to cancel and as suspected based on reviews, got the run-around.

I was going to be transferred to this representative, then that supervisor, asked to call back later because my order had not been processed yet, the representative was reaching for any reason not to cancel my order. I had to be more assertive and state that "you can take my order, but can't cancel it as stated on your website"? "I absolutely want to cancel this product, I do not want someone to try to talk me into it, I do not want this product". I also told him that this is exactly why I was canceling, the customer service process tries to make it very difficult to cancel an order and I don't want to get caught in that loop of auto-delivery.

One minute later, he was able to cancel my order. Just beware that when ordering this product, you will spend time on the phone with customer service if you do not want the product.

Misleading website. Be CAREFUL, they take programme money every month.

By Sara Hind , London, England

This is a bad website. Very misleading. They have taken money from my bank account as apparently I have signed up for programme? Not true. It doesn't work anyway, be careful.
