I must admit I was skeptical, however, in one month I feel amazing! I am energetic and sleeping much better too. My skin, hair, nails are healthy and have a glow. Just had blood work taken and my cholesterol went from 168 to 151 and I give Vital Reds the credit. But I must admit the taste is something you have to acquire, I mix it in the morning and put it in the freezer until ice cold, not frozen, so it is so much better.

I started using Dr Grundy's Vital Reds 5 weeks ago along with a low carb diet. In the past this diet has been effective for my weight loss goals but always left me feeling extremely low on energy.

Since taking Vital Reds I continue to feel alert and energized through out my whole day. It somehow even seems to have helped with my sleep cycle. I used to sleep 8-10 hours and wakeup feeling not fully rested. Since 4 weeks I have been sleeping 7 hours a night. I have been waking up without an alarm and feeling fully rested.

The price seemed high to me at the beginning, $100 for 3 jars. But at week 5, I still haven't gotten through my first jar, which means for less then $30 a month I get to feel so much more natural energy that makes life so much more enjoyable. That is crazy.

I have never wrote a review for anything but felt compelled to write this one. I have had a few health issues lately and have felt very rundown and tired for over a year. My vitamin D levels have been low and it's been hard to work. I've had to force myself to get going in the mornings and by lunchtime I'm whipped. My wife wanted me to give this product a try so she purchased it for me. Everyone is different but for me it has been amazing.

After three weeks I feel better than I have in a long time. I get an immediate boost that seems to last all day with no crash. It even seems to calm me down. I was very skeptical of this product but for me it works great. Taste terrible but works great!

I've been taking Vital Red mixed in water every afternoon when I normally get really tired. My energy level has without a doubt went way up. I also wake up feeling more rested, then I take an hour walk which in turn also makes me feel better throughout the day. I had lost a lot of my energy due to hypothyroidism, I had cancer of the thyroid. Once it was removed my energy didn't seem to come back even with the medication. This product definitely is a part of me getting my energy back and weight under control. I recommend this product.

I ordered 3 jars of Vital Reds at a discount. Online the screen flashed a 60% discount if I buy 6 jars, leading me to believe I was receiving 6 jars at 60%. So now I will be receiving 9 Jars two separate orders and I haven't even tried the product. The company said sorry it's been shipped when I called. What a SCAM and a rip off.

After a few days of taking this product my blood pressure elevated to a reading of 164/96. Prior to taking this product my readings were 120/77. I stopped the Vital Reds and after two days my readings were back to about normal. This morning my reading was 124/80. I was really hoping that this product would help my immune system.

Although I have been undergoing radiation therapy, which makes me tired and lethargic, the Vital Reds seem to be making me more energetic.

Do not use this product if you are on high blood pressure meds. My BP shot to 166/97 after taking Vital Reds. Would like to know if sodium is added or is it something else in the compound? Sorry it had this effect as I was looking forward to using it.
