Just had blood work taken and my cholesterol went from 168 to 151 and I give Vital Reds the credit. But I must admit the taste is something you have to acquire, I mix it in the morning and put it in the freezer until ice cold, not frozen, so it is so much better.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
