I started taking Vital Reds on July 31, 2016. In this short period of time I have become more energized and sleep much better. I have begun working out at the gym and notice I walk more lively. Everyday I walk 30 minutes but no longer seems a chore.
Also, I have added kale to my diet. Was surprised to learn I like it.
I hope to realize more improvements in the coming weeks.

Product is easily taken with fruit smoothy. Haven't noticed any overt physical changes. Experienced no weight reduction. No increase in energy. Considering another order but waiting for discounted pricing.

I mainly like the berry taste of it. I drink it every morning for about a month. It's too soon to tell any noticeable results. I have two containers left to go. The best part it doesn't need to add any sugar, it sweet enough for my sweet tooth.

I really can't give you a fair review because I have only been taking it since July 29th.
I have noticed that I have a little more energy than I had before taking it. Hopefully, I will get more energy as I continue to use my Vital Reds.

I just finished my first bottle of Vital Reds. I do feel slightly more energetic and have lost 7 lbs. I am also following the WEight Watcher points program, so how much is attributable to which, I don't know. I have, however, just received an additional 3 bottles so I will continue with the current system.

I have IBS / Crohn's Disease and my energy is always extremely low. I was hoping this would help me but I am on day 3 and so far it seems to just be exacerbating my symptoms. I am in the bathroom about 8 times a day and beyond exhausted. My stomach is so swollen despite having nothing left in it!
I am not sure if this is the part of the process, to clear things out and then build up, but I definitely feel terrible.
I am going to hold out for 3 weeks and see if things get better. But currently, it is making me feel worse.

Leaves me energized throughout the day and into my evening CrossFit classes. I thought at first it would feel like I had three cups of espresso and then would have me bottom out by the end of the day, but I was completely wrong. It kept me on a even plain all day long and for that alone I thank the company for this great product.

I haven't felt any specific changes. However, I MIGHT be sleeping sounder and MIGHT have more AM energy as in less likely to get drowsy.
