I started taking Vital Reds on July 31, 2016. In this short period of time I have become more energized and sleep much better. I have begun working out at the gym and notice I walk more lively. Everyday I walk 30 minutes but no longer seems a chore.
Also, I have added kale to my diet. Was surprised to learn I like it.
I hope to realize more improvements in the coming weeks.
