Vital Reds

I am been very pleased with my experience with Vital Reds. I have a chronic autoimmune disorder and severe kidney disease, so even making a small positive change is something huge for me.

I started taking Vital Reds because of the severe fatigue associated with my autoimmune disease, and because I can't always get down all the nutrients I need. And my fatigue levels are improving! My husband is now taking this with me.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Since I have been taking Vital Reds I no longer have to take the other supplements I was taking on a daily basis.

The multiple vitamins, COQ10, antihistamines, etc., and I experienced nothing!

I take the Vital Reds every morning mixed with 8 oz. of water and I am good to go.

It gives me a burst of energy to get me going in the morning and lasts all day without the caffeine jitters and headaches.

I'm 60 years old and I feel great!

The only thing I am noticing is that I am loosing a bit more hair when I wash it so I will give the Reds a few more months to see if that is the problem.

Not sure if this has been a problem with anyone else but I would appreciate some feedback if it is.

I wanted so much to see a difference like I was told I would. I have been drinking this for 3 weeks now, and I have not felt any difference. I have no more energy than I had prior to purchasing it and therefore I am sad to say that for it didn't help me at all.

I'm glad some have found it to be helpful, but I haven't. I will continue to use the rest of the jar, but unless I see a difference by the time I complete it, I won't be wasting my money for more.

However, if by the time the jar is completed, and I do see a difference, I will be back on to change my opinion.

I definitely feel better after taking the Vital Reds & at 74 I think that says a lot. My reason for taking the product was on my once a year doctor visit I was told that my blood sugar was high & was given medication that I really don't want to take since I have never had this problem before. so I am hoping that when I go back to the doctors in a couple of weeks that my blood sugar will be back to normal because I am definitely feeling better. Thank you, Dr. Gundry, for a great product.

I have only been taking this for about 3 weeks. The taste is excellent. One constructive comment, on the one month supply container the instruction is to mix with 8 oz. of liquid yet on something else I read, the instruction was to mix with 12 oz. water.

I must say that I am feeling good and based even on this short initial use, I have just ordered and received a 6 months supply and after that, I will give you a more definitive survey and comment then.

I have been taking Vital Reds nearly every morning for 2 months now and I have noticed that I'm not as run down at the end of the day anymore, which is very important with 3 young children at home. What's more impressive about Vital Reds is that I gave a jar to my 84 year old father who has aged a lot in the past 5 years and seen a return of some cancer cells in his body. He had also required regular blood transfusions as his body has stopped reproducing the blood cells on its own. After a trip to his doctor to get the latest blood test results, his PSA level has gone down from the last test, and his hemoglobin has gone up, meaning he does not require another blood transfusion. While his doctor admitted he knows nothing of Dr. Gundry's Vital Reds, his advice was, "If it's working, keep using it."

While Vital Reds taste great just mixed with water, I enjoy mixing it with Kool-Aid and cranberry juice. It has done wonders with the swelling in my legs; I have already recommended it to several others.

First, the most exciting start was with my friend. I had my friend Micah over my place, in Boulder, CO. We are going to live together while we finish college. Plus, my Mother lives with me because the cost of living in Boulder is expensive. Micah arrived from Hawaii two days before and was suffering from a horrible cold and an upper respiratory infection - probably a result from the long plane ride. He was really suffering from the coughing, runny nose, watery eyes, achy. I gave him just half a scoop of the Vital Reds and within a couple of hours - he had stopped coughing, his nose stopped running, his eyes were not watering. It was incredible. Now the next day he had a small cough - but took another half scoop and the cold is gone.

My Mother can tell you that she has always been looking for help for me because growing up - my endurance/immune system has always had its challenges. I would regularly get sick every 10 days - before college.

In October 2013 my Mother was driving and I was a passenger when we were hit by two vehicles - whose air bags deployed - and our Toyota 4 Runner was totaled. We have had serious injuries and my Mom has had to have six surgeries from the accident.
