Vital Reds

I ordered 3 months supply early August. I had it shipped 2-day express so I would have it to take on the trip to care for my ill elderly parents for 2 weeks. It arrived 1 day late so I didn't get benefits when I needed it the most. After returning home & getting settled in my routine, I shared product info & newsletter with several family members & friends. I was just primarily interested in extra energy & immune system support. Digestive system support, glucose stabilization & weight loss are extra benefits that are needed by me as well. The product guarantee sold me with the expertise of Dr. Gundry. I can feel an energy boost that lasts 2-4 hours after only one week of usage.

I feel less bloated & have a better easier elimination. I look forward to stronger longer results after I finish the first month's supply. I did have to try various drinks to make it palatable to me since I'm not a fan of the strong cherry flavor. Water, brewed green tea were absolutely horrible. Vanilla almond milk was better. Chocolate almond milk was superb. It's now my daily mix. The lumps are not tasty. I make a small slurry with the chocolate almond milk to minimize the number & reduce the size of larger lumps before adding the remaining liquid. I'm amazed at the potency of such a tiny scoop of powder. It would be nice for you to add shaker cups for customers. I do have a Nutribullet but this should not require such device to eliminate lumps & waste of product.

I am very pleased with product & hope to be able to upgrade my rating to Excellent at the end of a full month of usage. This should be no problem if I continue to feel as good as I have in the past week. Please recommend other beverages to try that compliment the Vital Reds powder that other customers have recommended. I want to add that I enjoy the newsletters with great info & recipes.

I chose Vital Reds because I agree with the supposition that berries hold health benefits and certainly a significant role in our critical development prior to carbohydrate agriculture, we now find out is at the root of our national obesity problem.

I found the taste to be in line with most as I had been using a berry based B vitamin drink. I expected an energy boost that I could feel, much like the energy boost that I expected when my heart went back into sinus rhythm after a cardioversion. But not necessarily so. With the Vital Reds, what I have noticed is increased endurance, as when mowing the lawn. I seemed more likely to maintain my energy level to finish most, if not all of the mowing before I would have to call it quits.

I do have more energy since starting about 1-month ago. Not sure about cholesterol levels and no change in weight but I'll keep going with the routine.

I have been at the shore for the summer months. I did not start taking Vital Red until the beginning of August. I must admit that I have been feeling better. I do have several medical issues and because of my advanced years some of my problems are to be expected. I must say that some things I experienced before have passed. I think I would need more time to give this product a fair appraisal.

I started this to get my glucose under control. Fasting glucose has not come down. It averages about 155. It stays the same after meals. It had been spiking up to 200 after meals. I am disabled so exercise is tough, but I am going to work on it. My last A1C was 6. I want to get it under 4. My GP wants to put me on insulin and I don't want to do that. I am taking Glucophage and actors.

I have Kaiser insurance and they will only prescribe generics, none of the new medications. I have a very strong history of diabetes. I am mildly overweight. Before my injury, I was extremely active and had no problems.

Now I can't seem to get my glucose under control. I am going to stay with it. I have good insulin production from my pancreas, obviously, I have insulin resistance at the cellular level. My doctor, board certified in internal medicine is not well versed in this.

Since starting the Vital Reds, I wake up refreshed and ready to get after my life. Before, I would try to steal a few extra minutes in the bed, hoping that those few minutes would give me the needed energy to get through the day. However, now that I am starting my day with the Vital Reds, I jump out of the bed before the alarm and charge into my day. Thanks Dr. Gundry

The first thing I have noticed is thicker, fuller hair. I had very fine, thin hair. It is so nice not to notice my scalp showing through my hair. I also have more energy and am not tired all the time. Thank you, Vital Reds.

We have gone through 2 bottles of Vital Red so far. Have not noticed any significant changes or improvement yet.

After a careful review at the Gainesville VZ and Shands, They have suggested it has too many ingredients to be effective. They were not impressed.

We will finish the bottles we have but unless the results improve, we won't reorder.

Vital Reds was advertised on my computer when I was searching for meaningful health products for seniors. Vital Reds are simple to use, Mix a capful into a clean, tall jar of pure water and shake, shake, shake The taste sparkles. The heady scent is delightful. BRAVO!

Have only been on is for about 5 days and & am using it with Patriot Power Greens (which I've been using for over a year, so I can't honestly say there's been a truly noticeable 'change' in my experience.
