I ordered 3 months supply early August. I had it shipped 2-day express so I would have it to take on the trip to care for my ill elderly parents for 2 weeks. It arrived 1 day late so I didn't get benefits when I needed it the most. After returning home & getting settled in my routine, I shared product info & newsletter with several family members & friends. I was just primarily interested in extra energy & immune system support. Digestive system support, glucose stabilization & weight loss are extra benefits that are needed by me as well. The product guarantee sold me with the expertise of Dr. Gundry. I can feel an energy boost that lasts 2-4 hours after only one week of usage.

I feel less bloated & have a better easier elimination. I look forward to stronger longer results after I finish the first month's supply. I did have to try various drinks to make it palatable to me since I'm not a fan of the strong cherry flavor. Water, brewed green tea were absolutely horrible. Vanilla almond milk was better. Chocolate almond milk was superb. It's now my daily mix. The lumps are not tasty. I make a small slurry with the chocolate almond milk to minimize the number & reduce the size of larger lumps before adding the remaining liquid. I'm amazed at the potency of such a tiny scoop of powder. It would be nice for you to add shaker cups for customers. I do have a Nutribullet but this should not require such device to eliminate lumps & waste of product.

I am very pleased with product & hope to be able to upgrade my rating to Excellent at the end of a full month of usage. This should be no problem if I continue to feel as good as I have in the past week. Please recommend other beverages to try that compliment the Vital Reds powder that other customers have recommended. I want to add that I enjoy the newsletters with great info & recipes.
