Before trying Vital Reds I had been experiencing chronic fatigue for a few months. I have been through tests of medications, tests of my blood, and possibility of depression to no avail. I am a 67-year-old male.

Even though I have been on this product less than a month, I have been improving and am able to conduct my daily normal functions. My question is how long it takes to get the full effects. Even though I am much better I hope to eliminate the fatigue completely.

Not sure if it increased my energy level as I have a 4 year old who wakes me up during the night and I've had a cold which is messing with my head. I think it is helping with digestion as I don't feel bloated anymore after meals. I haven't lost any weight and actually feel hungry more often, I guess due to the better digestion.

Based on the wealth of favorable reviews, I purchased a three month supply of Vital Reds. After I have used Vital Reds for almost 2.5 months and didn’t feel any better, I requested a refund.

Instead of approving my “No Questions Asked” refund, Customer Service first required a return of their containers (empty or full), order number, the reason for return, etc. Then after 5-7 days of their receipt and physical inspection, Vital Reds would finally process my return.

Certainly, the above requirements are NOT “No Questions Asked”! For example, if returning the empty bottles was a requirement to attain the refund, that fact should be clearly stated on their website. Most consumers would simply throw out the empties. Vital Reds required other info although they already had such as my order number, name, address, the reason for return, etc. Why is this info requested a second time?

After I complained, a different Customer Service Agent agreed to process the refund without requiring the above. If I had not questioned Vital Reds’ “No Questions Asked” refund requirements, I would have been out $121!

Morale? Do not accept customer service’s initial attempt to avoid approving your “no questions asked” refund! Caveat emptor! Let the buyer beware.

I'm a 52-year-old male. I have struggled with my weight since childhood. I've had years where I would take serious effort by diet and exercise to reduce weight with some success, but ultimately it would wind down and the weight would return. To lose 20 lbs, in one instance, the regiment was 30 to 40 mile bike rides 5 days a week, a strict low carb/high protein diet with no sugar or alcohol followed over three months.

I love bike riding, but you can only mix it up with chicken, fish, beef, veggies and fruit shakes for only so long! Sorry! I loved losing the weight and feeling better, but the effort was very time-consuming and required a lot of focus (and no fun!) in order for me to maintain.

That being said, there is no doubt it gets harder as you get older, have children and want desperately to keep it off. I wouldn't say I'm obese, but the extra weight takes its toll in maintaining energy and drive, not to mention the joint pain of years carrying the extra load.

This is where Vital Reds comes in. I'm not one to usually dive into an elixir that claims it can change your life. I still do relatively well maintaining a low carb/high protein diet, but I've been seeking a supplement to help improve my energy and general well being (energy creates the drive to get to the gym more often!) I've researched a lot of different natural supplements, but before even trying, most are debunked and unproven The few I've tried were a waste of money. I was intrigued by Dr. Gundry story and research enough to give it a try.

I've been using it for about a month and without a doubt, it has been directly related to improved energy and decreased joint pain. The jury is still out on its weight loss component, but I will totally confirm its ability to suppress appetite. I typically would be starving by lunchtime to the point of agitation. No more.

I can some days float through lunch on a couple healthy snacks until dinner and even then I'm able to sustain portion control. I believe this is the direct result of using Vital Reds as directed every day over the last month.

The lack of weight loss eludes me at this point, but the experiment needs tweaking I suppose. To be continued… Thanks, Doc!
