    “No Questions Asked…Guaranteed”?

    Overall Experience:

    Based on the wealth of favorable reviews, I purchased a three month supply of Vital Reds. After I have used Vital Reds for almost 2.5 months and didn’t feel any better, I requested a refund.

    Instead of approving my “No Questions Asked” refund, Customer Service first required a return of their containers (empty or full), order number, the reason for return, etc. Then after 5-7 days of their receipt and physical inspection, Vital Reds would finally process my return.

    Certainly, the above requirements are NOT “No Questions Asked”! For example, if returning the empty bottles was a requirement to attain the refund, that fact should be clearly stated on their website. Most consumers would simply throw out the empties. Vital Reds required other info although they already had such as my order number, name, address, the reason for return, etc. Why is this info requested a second time?

    After I complained, a different Customer Service Agent agreed to process the refund without requiring the above. If I had not questioned Vital Reds’ “No Questions Asked” refund requirements, I would have been out $121!

    Morale? Do not accept customer service’s initial attempt to avoid approving your “no questions asked” refund! Caveat emptor! Let the buyer beware.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
