Vital Reds

I'm very impressed with the Vital Reds product. The ingredients of the multiple berry mixtures, B vitamins, etc. are helping with my energy level. I used to feel extremely run down all the time, and I'm not significantly overweight, but at 5' 2" in height I could lose 10 to 15 lbs to get to my recommended weight. Hopefully, I'll get the energy back to workout like I used to.

I'm only finishing up my first container, thus the "good" review, but I've been exhausted and run down for so long I don't expect miraculous results overnight. I do feel a noticeable increase in my energy level, and I'm very hopeful that my energy and overall health will continue to get better and increase as I consistently take the Vital Reds every day. The flavor is terrific too which is an added plus!

I received my first order of the Vital Reds near the end of November, for three containers. Then just yesterday, December 30th, I was charged for and received three more containers. I have not finished using the first jar, and now I have a total of five.

So far I do feel better and have more energy, but I'm not sure if it is from the Vital Reds or not, as I have given up all sugars and carbs since October.

Taste is fine, no problem there. I will use all that I have but just didn't like the fact that the others were shipped to soon.

I found Vital Reds to provide relief from gut irritability. I have improved energy and skin tone. It is by far the best tasting supplement I've ever used. I will continue to use it.

I started taking Gundry MD Vital Reds about three weeks ago.

I've had stomach issues for years, so long now that I can't remember when I haven't had a gut problem. I noticed in the last week and a half that I'm not having these issues and I can leave my home with confidence. Wow, this is huge for me. I've also lost 1 kg, so yippee.

I was feeling tired and run down due to long work hours and stress.

My first few days on Vital Reds were difficult, and I think it was due to changing my eating patterns. I have now noticed that I have more energy, especially later in the day when I would previously come home from work and want to go straight to sleep.

A year ago I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. To assist my poor digestion, I have tried many supplements with quite bad digestive reactions. I took a scoopful as my first dose of Vital Reds and a few hours later was running to the toilet with bad pains and diarrhea.

Since then I have taken 1/2 a scoop daily, and definitely have more energy and have lost inches around my middle. Vital Reds tastes good and mixes up easily. I hope to continue taking it, although the cost could become prohibitive with the AU$ to US$ exchange rate.

I've been using Vital Reds for only a couple of weeks, but I can tell you once about 5:30 pm arrives, I am ready for my hot cider with my Vital Red powder, and I really don't feel satisfied until I have had my huge cup full. I am delighted. I did read that some people had side effects from using this product, but I have experienced nothing but pleasure.

As we live in an isolation indigenous community, it is very difficult to get fresh fruit and vegetables, so Vital Reds is giving me fresh dried health fruits to put in my daily smoothie. I also drink a scoop with ice water when I don't have a smoothie. Great taste, not too sweet, just notice a slightly gritty texture when drinking with water.

Since starting the product I do feel a little better, but I think I need more time to know for sure. I just turned 60 years old this month, and I have been lifting weights five to six days a week. I have about two more servings but I will continue to use it.
