I'm very impressed with the Vital Reds product. The ingredients of the multiple berry mixtures, B vitamins, etc. are helping with my energy level. I used to feel extremely run down all the time, and I'm not significantly overweight, but at 5' 2" in height I could lose 10 to 15 lbs to get to my recommended weight. Hopefully, I'll get the energy back to workout like I used to.
I'm only finishing up my first container, thus the "good" review, but I've been exhausted and run down for so long I don't expect miraculous results overnight. I do feel a noticeable increase in my energy level, and I'm very hopeful that my energy and overall health will continue to get better and increase as I consistently take the Vital Reds every day. The flavor is terrific too which is an added plus!
