I've been drinking the Vital Reds every day and what I notice is that I definitely feel that I have good energy throughout the day to keep me going. But it is good and clean energy, not like the one you get from caffeine. Also, my stomach is definitely flatter, and my appetite has decreased. The taste is good too, very refreshing!

I bought a single tub of Vital Reds and my girlfriend and I used it over a three week period. It tastes great, even though it is a little gritty, but it has helped my girlfriend lose approximately six pounds in that time. I, on the other hand, didn't use it to lose weight. Instead, I used it for my gut, and it helped me to regulate my bowels and have a higher energy feeling throughout the day.

My only grudge is, I live in the UK and I had to pay a £30.00 tax on the three cartons of Vital Reds when I collected them from the Post Office. Please try and find a stockist in the UK. To have to pay an extra £10.00 per carton makes it a very expensive supplement.

Hello, I am a 38-year-old male, and after reading the online reviews prior to my purchase, I could not wait to try the Vital Reds supplement, as I have struggled with low energy and fatigue for some time now.

Unfortunately, after trying the Vital Reds product for 30 consecutive days, I have seen absolutely no change in my energy level, in fact, I have seen no change at all, no positive or negative side effects.

In conclusion, the product for me was much like a placebo, and I am happy that I didn't get suckered into buying a larger order, as I would have a difficult time getting my 90-day refund as advertised.

I have been taking Vital Reds for approximately one month. I started taking them to reduce my risk for heart and clogged artery issues, and also for weight loss. I have noticed that I have a decreased appetite and maybe have lost a few pounds. Hopefully, this is just the beginning. I haven't had my cholesterol checked so I'm not sure about the clogged arteries.

My experience with this product has been fantastic. I thought that drinking this would take a while to kick in, but NO, I felt the benefit from the second day. I'm having more energy and am sleeping better, by this I mean that I still only get three to four hours per night, but it is quality sleep. I have been suffering from Fibromyalgia and Diverticula, so don't get me wrong, I am still suffering, but having the strength to cope with these takes it out of you. After drinking the Vital Reds, I now cope better because I have more energy, so both symptoms they have improved greatly.

And yes, I will be ordering more of this product and would advise everyone to get on it. Don't wait till you have a problem. We can all do with more energy and better quality of sleep.
