I have been taking Vital Reds for less than a month, so I really haven't noticed a HUGE difference in how I feel yet, however, I do feel better. I have fewer headaches and less overall sluggishness. But I'm expecting to feel more better as I continue to take Vital Reds!

I first began with Prebiothrive. It helped my constipation problems. Then I commanded Vital Reds. Since last November of 2016, I lost about twelve pounds. But more than that, I am less hungry. I realize that I am less compulsive with each meal and I take my time when I am eating.
