I ordered them online, and have been drinking it every morning and can tell that it gives me a little energy, and I feel very hydrated. This product has helped me also while I'm working out with weights, my repair (rest period) time, and I'm not as sore, and I feel energized. This product will also regulate you on a normal basis.
