Since taking Vital Reds, I am no longer tired after 18 holes of golf. Not bad for a 90-year-old.

I find the product easy to use, and it tastes good. I haven't noticed any difference in the way I feel, and I haven't had any blood work to tell me if any of my levels have improved. I was on a Statin but had to stop taking it because of pain in the chest, so I am interested in seeing if my LDL, triglycerides, and cholesterol go down. I will be going in for a heart check-up in a few months, so I will be able to see if the product is helping.

I take the scoop every morning mixed in with one tablespoon each of honey, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice.

I have been on the product for almost 30 days, and although I was very skeptical in the beginning, I am very excited to report the increased energy, improved mental attitude and the loss of my snacking urge that has contributed to my weight gain. I feel more motivated to continue my positive meal changes, and appreciate the updates and the recipes that Gundry MD emails out.

I look forward to 2017 and the results that I know I will get by remaining on Vital Reds, along with the continued changes to diet and activity level, which are getting better every day!

I have only had one month's experience with this product, but it has been very positive. There were a few days here and there when I didn't take it because I was out of town. Overall, I thought the product was very viable. It has a sweet, but not too sweet taste which is enhanced by the deep berry flavor.

I did experience a noticeable increase in energy, which was most noticeable later in the afternoon and early evening when I generally have an energy crash. It appears to contain just about every red or blue fruit and vegetable on the planet, in a highly extracted form. Since I did not experience any spikes in energy or feelings of "speediness', I feel confident that there is no caffeine or guarana in the product.

The only downside to the product is that it is expensive. I did note, however, that there are price breaks if a buyer can afford to buy at least three at a time.

My wife and I have been taking Vital Reds for the past three weeks. We noticed within the first two or three days that the 2-3pm "hitting the wall, dead tired" feeling was a thing of the past. We now had the energy to get through our hectic day.

My wife also commented that the headaches that she dealt with almost daily disappeared as well. There are other more subtle changes and an overarching feeling that our bodies have been cleansed. We have made Vital Reds an integral part of our morning routine.

I am very pleased with the Vital Reds and Primal Plants! I have been able to replace my organic multivitamins, organic probiotics, natural menopause supplements, with these two products. It has been saving me time and money. They are convenient to take, and no forgetting them because they don't need refrigeration. The taste is good as well.

My only issues are that I did not see any vitamin C in them, and is there a way to get the powder to completely dissolve? It doesn't seem to completely dissolve and leaves some gritty bits at the end.

I am planning to continue on Vital Reds and Primal Plants. I have recommended Dr. Gundry's products to my friends and my weight loss coach. My coach was very happy with the combination of ingredients, but would like to see the C vitamin added to my regimen.

Before Vital Reds, I was tired all the time, to the point that even after sleeping all night, I would get up a seven o'clock in the morning and by 11 or 12 pm o'clock in the afternoon, I was so tired. I would make myself stay up until at least 2 o'clock in the morning, then I would get fog brain (what I call it). Sometimes, when I needed to go shopping, I would go very early the next day because I didn't even want to drive.

Well, after getting on Vital Reds my life is back. Within a couple of months, I can see an extraordinary difference. I don't even take naps now, and the fog has even gone. Also, with the long winters we have, well, I'm the type that needs the sun, and through the years I dread winter because I would get a mild depression, and that seems to have gone also.

I will ALWAYS be on Vital Reds, and I'm telling others. Love it. Oh, my doctor wanted to put me on prescription drugs, and being that I am against taking drugs, I will pick natural every time.

I have heavy metal poisoning, and I was having a lot of trouble retaining energy. I am allergic to all sugars, and that includes eating fruit. I saw the Vital Reds ad on Facebook one day and checked it out! My doctor said to try it, so I did.

I emailed them on 6/1/16, 7/1/16, 8/1/16, and 9/1/16 to cancel the order, refund, stop shipment because I was confused by the different orders and had clicked wrongly. Hence, I placed too many orders all on the same day. Despite all these emails, I receive no reply but one, telling me that my orders were shipped on 11/1/16. How can my problem be resolved?

I started using Gundry MD Vital Reds on December 9, 2016. Since taking it, I noticed that my food appetite has diminished, maybe because the Vital Reds drink makes me a bit fuller, which I think is better. I also noticed that my energy level is now better, and that my facial skin appears healthier.

I have been an avid fresh juice person for 15 years. Every morning I would start my day with fresh fruits and vegetables, including berries assortments. When I saw this product and the reviews written, I decided to give it a try. My first thought was to simplify the occasionally rushed morning we all have when the time for chopping and mixing is just not possible. I love the product convenience on these mornings. On a normal morning, I add this product to my juice mixture. I enjoy the taste and the energy that follows.

I'm 30 days into the product, so odds are the total benefit is yet to be seen. I would expect my next medical exam and blood work markers to improve. That will be in two short months.
