I emailed them on 6/1/16, 7/1/16, 8/1/16, and 9/1/16 to cancel the order, refund, stop shipment because I was confused by the different orders and had clicked wrongly. Hence, I placed too many orders all on the same day. Despite all these emails, I receive no reply but one, telling me that my orders were shipped on 11/1/16. How can my problem be resolved?
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
