During the first few uses, this pan was good. I recently tried to brown something not using any oil or anything like the instructions tell you, and now I have a permanent burn mark on the pan that I can't get off. I have tried soaking it and read to use lemon juice and salt, which took off a few spots, but what is left is charred and has stains that will not go away. Don't believe all the hype about this pan.

I was given this as a gift and from the first time I used it, everything sticks to it. After three uses it has scratches, and the bottom of the pan was discolored, and I will never use it again. They said they will replace it, but I have to pay another $9.95 for processing and handling. It's defective, and I have to be the one to pay more money? That's a scam.

This is a great pan for the first four months, and then like all the rest, it began to scratch and food started to stick to the bottom. The ad, in my opinion, are just hot air meant to sell a product.

I felt bad that my mom spent more than what she could afford on these pans for my Christmas gift.

The first month, I was thrilled and used them for everything. But now a lot of things stick, and mostly eggs. I've tried preheating it and using low heat, to no avail. I see from these reviews that these pans were not truthfully advertised. I went to the website for user tips, and it's just focused on selling their products.

They are not standing behind them. Someone got rich quick.

This pan was recommended to me by a friend who had just purchased it. After I purchased it, my friend conveyed that everything sticks to the pan. He was right. This is a waste of money. I have three skillets and the big one, and the most expensive one warped, and they are definitely not nonstick. I am very disappointed in these pans, but I am a sucker for advertisements.

My two pans started sticking after three uses. I tried to contact the company for a refund, bur cannot get anyone that knows anything for six months now.

My mother gave me the 9.5" and 12" fry pans for Christmas, and I have cooked numerous times in these and have had no issue with food sticking. If anything, I have to keep the food from sliding out. I do not put in the dishwasher or use any type of metal utensils on it. Just because it says you can do both of these, I would suggest treating these like you would any other ceramic pan.

I love mine and would recommend to my friends.

We bought a pan and the first time we used it was to make a grilled cheese sandwich. That is two slices of bread with butter on the outside (pan side) and cheese. The bread with butter stuck to the pan, and there was dark coloring that wouldn't come clean.

Today I used it again and was making potatoes O'Brien, where I started with olive oil, and it stuck so bad that it began to burn and would not come clean. I have photos to prove this claim.

This is the worst pan I have ever used.
