Copper Chef

By Lorraine, Long Island, NY, Verified Reviewer

I was hesitant to get the Copper Chef Pan because of the reviews, but I received it as a gift for the holidays, and I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. Although food (i.e., eggs) doesn't slide around like on TV, it really doesn't stick. I put a drop of butter for flavor and forgot it, and it burned to a crisp. I started to panic and used my rubber tongs to scrape it and it actually just slides around, and I wiped it off with a paper towel. I thought that was amazing. Clean up is also just as it claims; very, very easy.

Copper Chef is great

By Jeanne, Southbury, CT, Verified Reviewer

I have cooked five meals in five days and it cooks very evenly, and the cleanup is a breeze. I plan to purchase a second set for my daughter's birthday. She helped cook dinner last night and loved the pans.

Mixed feelings

By Marty Beaugard, Missouri, Verified Reviewer

I have a small round one, and after about three months, it started sticking for no reason. I also have the large square one, and so far so good with it. I am hoping it doesn't mess up after a while.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Square pan is a rip-off

By Marie Neal, North Carolina, Verified Reviewer

It's a rip-off. I used this pan just as instructed, but everything sticks to it, there is chipping, and it has terrible hot spots. No one will help when you call or try to chat with them.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Copper Chef

By Donna, Independence, VA, Verified Reviewer

I love my Copper Chef. I have three skillets (large square, large round, and small square). I like the large one to pop corn in, and have used all of them several times for different things. They clean up so easy because nothing sticks to them.

Terrible design

By Sharon, Charlotte, NC, Verified Reviewer

This product is junk. When we washed it, the handles of both pans and all utensils filled with water. We had to stand there and hang it upside down to let the water drain out of the handles. Water is still dripping out of it. It is a terrible design and quality.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Copper Chef

By Sherry Floyd, California, Verified Reviewer

I would love to review this product, but unfortunately, the company took my money, told me the product shipped and I am starting week three now wondering when I will ever get this product. I was told they were sorry and they would reship the order, but it never happened. I then found out they are actually out of stock.

So, I ordered my product; they don't tell me they are out of stock, they take my money, tell me it shipped and then continue to jerk me around. This is not a good way to do business.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

No different than any other pan

By Valerie, Texas, Verified Reviewer

A negative review will never get published on the Copper Chef website!

I have used these for three weeks solid and followed all the directions, and even when I just now reviewed them to see if I did anything wrong, and I did not!

These pans stick, and you can see the wear in the coating. I only use the soft silicone scrapers or flippers (and never metal), and I hand wash them immediately after use because they were so pretty and I loved them. But they continue to stick. They do wash up easily, but they stick so bad it is super frustrating. And they don't seem to cook evenly as advertised either.

Overall I am just not happy at all with them, and in order to send them back for a "full" refund, I have to shell out 23 bucks in shipping out of MY pocket. I am so frustrated I want to cry. Their big push is to send me a replacement, and that's what they want, a replacement as many times as you need, for life! Well, what's the point if they are going to get crappy again.

I am just so flustered. I love to cook and normally buy quality, and these are NOT quality. It is so sad. They even decided to tell me that "if you put cold eggs in a hot pan it will stick, try putting cold items in a cold pan, and heating them up together." OK, cool idea, NOPE! It stuck, or they said to not heat it over med (which I don't normally do anyways), and well, it always sticks. And, hello, I should be able to cook on high if I want to! Right? I hate these pans.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
