One afternoon I saw an incredible commercial on TV regarding thinning hair and hair regrowth in women and what could be done about it. I have to admit I was hesitant but I called as the ad appeared to offer a free trial. I was excited to receive it and disappointed using it. I only used it for a few weeks so I really can't say that there was a great improvement. The shampoo and conditioner weren't any different than any other shampoo I've used. I received an email stating that I now owed $171 because I hadn't called them within the first 14 days to cancel if I didn't want the product. They also insist that you send your "free trial" back to them!

I called the number they listed to try to rectify this only to be left on hold for over 45 minutes two times and gave up. The third day I got through right away and spoke to a young man. I could not get my money back and was charged right then and there the money they said I owed for a product that I thought was a free trial.

Going online it appears that the product is much less than what they charged me. The young man offered me a bottle of their vitamins due to my disappointment in the whole process. I excepted it and excepted my fate of having to pay this ridiculous amount of money. This is a clever scam that does not work as far as I can tell. You will save money by simply using a good shampoo and Minoxidil, which you can purchase anywhere.

This system is too expensive, and they take advantage of the shipping system hoping you forget about the charges. Be warned, do not sign up for this system. You can get better results from drugstore products or go to Target.

I'm sorry, but I've been using Keranique products for seven months, and my hair has not improved. There is a lot of breakage on the right side of my head and the back. I tried the two Minoxidil spray with no results. Now I'm trying the follicle serum and so far, still no results. My hair is dry and brittle. I'm doing a lot of work to receive results. The products need a lot of improving. I wish I could get a refund. I just wanted thicker hair, not shorter hair (different area).

I'm sorry, but I wouldn't recommend these products. Too much money lost for very little results. Maybe if I try one more month of serum and if it continues to not work I will discontinue using it. Please, I do not want anyone going through losing hair. My hair isn't growing back. I'm sorry, but this a rip off. Hair looks terrible.

The Keranique vitamins are wonderful. Since using this product, my hair has become thicker and much healthier. I swear by this product and will only use this product. Hands down, it's fantastic!

I have only been using the Follicle Serum for a short time, but I do not like what it does to the surrounding hair; frizz, frizz, frizz. I have curly and also frizzy hair to begin with, and on top of that I live in Florida and we have such high humidity that no one here has a good hair day until late November. Also, it interacts with the very light and soft hold hair spray I use and makes it sticky and somewhat brittle. I have used a product called Frizz-Ease for 20 years to keep the frizz at bay, but it doesn't work while using this product. Definitely will not purchase again.

I have been using the set since the 22nd of May, and I can tell you my hair is fuller, thicker and easier to deal with. I have been using the shampoo, conditioner and the oil in combination with the daily vitamins. The directions explaining how to use these products are plain and clear. I love this product!

I'm an African-American mature woman and I had an accident that required me to take a lot of medications. I believe the medications were part of the cause of my hair thinning on my crown as well as my hairline receding. In January 2017 I decided to try Keranique regrowth, and it has worked wonders. I use it every day, and my hair has completely filled in. I don't need to be concerned with being able to see any baldness in the crown of my head. It is completely filled in, as well as the sides of my hairline are back to normal and my hair is curly as it was when I was a child. My hair has a thickness that it didn't have when I was a child. I would recommend this to anybody. I started using these products last year, and I already see the result in my hair. It's more manageable and thick and looks bright and shining. It works. In six weeks I saw hair growth. The shampoo and conditioner work well also, and the spray is wonderful. Makes my hair look thick. Good product. I have never written a review, but this product is worth my time.

Turning 40 was tough in many ways, and my thinning hair made it harder. Thank goodness for Keranique! Not only has this product done wonders for my hair and my self-esteem, but when I lost a shipment, the customer service was amazing, and they sent another one right away. LOVE this product!

Never respond to any trial offer saying you only pay $3.99 for shipment or so. It is a TRAP. Once you provide your card info, you will be charged hundreds of dollars, and most likely never get it back! This "company" is nothing but a bunch of swindlers, who must be placed in jail for life.
