Payment issues

Ok, first off, this stupid company took money out of my account when I didn't even hit "order and pay." I just put the items in my cart. So now my account is negative, and they keep sending me the same message over and over again. I've sent them all the proof showing that I didn't order anything and they still took the money. I don't know how and I don't know why, but I would like to know how to get my money back, and I will not ever use this app again. I hate this app!

Damaged item

I ordered a Star Wars wall sticker to go up in the nursery in time for the birth of my newborn baby. It took a while to arrive, and I had been looking forward to it.

Upon arrival, the outer packaging was simply just a plastic bag with the rolled up wall sticker in its original packaging like a poster. I took the rolled up wall sticker out the outer packaging only to find it damaged in the middle and on one end. There was no bubble wrap or cardboard tube it could have gone into.

I was so upset and disappointed that I contacted Wish straight away and sent not one, but three photos of the damaged product. I got a response the next day saying it can take up to 30 days to get a replacement or refund. I had already told them that I am not paying to return the item as that would put me out of pocket and the refund would be pointless. I then got a reply saying that I needed to send another photo to follow their policy of it not being one of Google. I found this very insulting and offered to send a screenshot of the time and date info of when the photo was taken to prove I took it with my phone. I just kept getting replies from different people saying I need another photo, even after I told them I no longer had the damaged item as it was no good to me and I was told I would get a replacement.

I'm 36 weeks pregnant going on 37 weeks and I don't need this stress and hassle due to their lack of customer service. It just seems like automated replies that will drag out the 30-day policy for me to land up with nothing. My review on the Wish app rating both the product and store are nowhere to be seen, and the bad reviews they have aren't even in English. It's like they only show the good reviews.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Pretty good so far

So far what I've ordered off Wish.com has come on time or earlier, and has come in good condition and looking like the picture. Some things on Wish.com will be crap, but not everything on Wish.com is trash. Most of it, in my experience, is legit.

Very satisfied so far

Excuse me for my poor English, I am Belgian and already learned two languages ;).

I am a frequent shopper on Wish.com, and my girlfriend and her sister are too. So far, I have nothing to complain about. I've bought a T-shirt, Dragonballs (collector's items), a boxing iron (also collector's item), some adult toys and a taser. Most of those products took a maximum of three weeks to arrive. I don't mind the waiting because it's a suprise when they will arrive.

All of those products were very cheap compared to the prices in Belgium, but I am very satisfied with the quality. I've even worked in a clothing shop for a long time (Tommy Hilfiger), and I can tell that my T-shirt was of good quality, I would say an eight out of ten quality.

The same goes for my girlfriend and her sister. She has bought three jeans and her sister even more, also a few sweaters. She is really happy about the quality and more so about the prices.

For me personally, it's weird to read bad reviews about this website while I'm doing research about how they can offer such prices although I am not saying that anyone is lying about the quality. Maybe it's just luck?

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Wish is a scam!

I ordered a dehumidifier and a Galaxy S8 phone. After a long wait, they finally sent me three very old black phone cases. The wrappers were torn and I never got the dehumidifier. I called repeatedly, but no one answered. I got advice to get a refund from my bank, and my bank will go after the Wish scammers, and that was exactly what I did.

Please do not buy from them, and let's stand together for law enforcement to get rid of these bad people. They use tricks. When you order small items they deliver them to get your mind twisted for bigger orders that will bring them big money. I believe they get the orders and then repackage them for their own interest.

Bad apps

I just signed up for this app yesterday (8/1/17), and seemed to be ok except for the fact that I should wait until September for my order be shipped. Today (8/2/17), I continued to order other stuff, but suddenly this app turned to be an error that I couldn't access for the rest of the day.

I don't know whether this is purely a technical error or far worse, a scam app. I don't even consider that the stuff I already ordered in the previous day would arrive as Wish had promised me.

Horrible customer service

Quality is "you get what you pay for." Customer service is horrible. I had an item damaged due to how it was shipped. I sent for a refund with a picture and asked for a replacement. They sent an email back asking me if it would go to the original address, of course, it is! I replied yes, they said they would handle after they received the reply. I waited and never received anything. I went to check, and they keep saying it is passed the 30 days. Then they said that I said I was satisfied with the response, so they closed it, and now it is past 30 days. All "canned" responses.

Do not order from here; it is not worth the time, effort or quality. I will NEVER order again due to the customer service and will be reporting them to the Attorney Generals Office in my state.

Nope, nope, nope!

I placed my first and last order last evening. I got an email that thanked me for the order and said it would ship immediately. I got notification from PayPal that the money had left my account. I got an email from Wish.com just a little bit ago that said the order was declined (it wasn't) and that they wanted a credit card. Oh, heck no. I'm thinking Wish.com will be gone soon as the reviews of them are terrible.

Not what I was hoping for, be careful

I ordered several items from this site with many of them taking three weeks or more to receive. When I did receive them, they were in fact of poor quality, and several of the items that contained a box for self-storage were ripped and or cut with like a box cutter.

Upon contacting them, like other reviewers stated, I received several "automated" messages asking repeatedly for more photos and/or info, constantly stating prompt "replies are needed due to our 30-day policy," which apparently goes from the purchase date, not received. So they just dragged me out beyond the 30 days of doing nothing.

Yes, the prices are good and inviting, but remember you get what you pay for and sometimes it's just not worth it.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Missing pieces

I ordered a bathing suit and received only the bottom, no top. The picture showed two pieces, and I'm very disappointed and unsatisfied. I have spent a lot of money on this site, which I never will again. Most of the items were good, but this particular item was unsatisfactory.

No response about damaged item

I got a set of dishes. One dinner plate was broken. Beach Camera said they would give me a refund of $10, then they said it would have to come from Wish. I have been leaving this message wherever I can. I am unable to send a picture. If I was lying I'd say more was broken. I would rather get a new plate, but was told by Beach Camera that they don't have any. I keep having problems. Some are because of postal service, but l don't know if it is worth it to keep doing business with you.
