Hubble Contacts

I have worn contacts for the better part of my life, nearly 20 years. I have always gotten them at a Pearl Vision or the last few orders thru Sam's Club. I had used my last set and was honestly looking for different options as I had heard through the internet and TV/radio of businesses like Hubble. I did my research, spent a week thinking about going this direction and placed the order for the free week trial.

It arrived rather quickly, and I put in my first pair the next morning. The fit is good, has no overly dry feeling (one of the reviews I read said they felt dry), and I've been wearing and ordering ever since.

Honestly, the only complaint I have is there is no 123 on the contacts, LOL. I've spent years looking for the 123 on my contact to let me know which way was right. Easily a minor complaint! Thanks for everything!

So, my initial sign-up for the trial pair went smoothly. I submitted prescription and doctor information and was sent the trial pairs right away. My eyes were sensitive to these contacts, so I was not going to order them.

No need - the ordering is already done when you sign up for your trial pairs. I should have known! Keep in mind that they have your financial information too because you pay for shipping on your trial pairs. As soon as you order your trial pairs, unless you cancel, you are already scheduled to receive future pairs at regular price. Oh my god, I hate these type of companies! I'm sure I was informed of this somewhere down the line, maybe some small print. UGH!

OK, so now I MUST call to cancel. There's no option to cancel on their website. The good ol' customer retention routine. This sucks! I didn't want to subscribe to your contacts. I just wanted to try them! Because of this old signup scam, and ONLY because of it, you have LOST a customer for life, even if my eyes were to suddenly accept your lenses.

Buh-bye now; good luck with that.

I ordered my son's contacts through Hubble after seeing an ad on Instagram. The ordering process was so easy! It is also so easy to edit a delivery date for vacations etc. We never have to worry about running out of contact lenses. The price is right also, but the convenience factor of having contact lenses shipped right to my mailbox when my son needs them is priceless!

Well, first of all, contact lenses are very expensive. I went on several websites and all were pretty much the same; HIGH PRICED! After looking at the Hubble site, it was so simple and more importantly the price was fantastic. I'm new to the site, so that's all I have an opinion about so far. Hopefully, more good reviews to come in the future.

I even recommended it to my supervisor.

Ok, I don't even use contacts anymore, thanks to my previous experience with other brands.

I tried Hubble, thanks to a free trial, and I am happy to be back on contacts! These are not only very comfortable but easier to put in and remove than the brand I used before. Their quality is also consistent, unlike (again) my previous brand.

You can't beat the price and reliable delivery either. Definitely give these a try!

I've been wearing contact lenses for 15 years, and this is by far the absolute worst brand I've ever tried. My first pair dried up almost immediately, but not before I was already at work and now I am stuck with them in all day. I've read reviews about how terrible their customer service is, and now I'm scared to have to go through the same headache.

To all the reviewers that say this company is "fantastic and amazing," what the heck are you talking about? These contact are scratchy, dry, and have irritated my eyes from about 30 minutes after insertion and have only gotten worse.

PLEASE do not waste your time; this company is a total gimmick with "cute" graphics to hype them up.

Side note: shipping took over a week, even though their confirmation email said to keep an "eye on your mailbox in the next couple of days." Nothing I hate more than slow shipping and false hope of delivery.

The contacts are bad quality. They hurt my eyes as soon as I put them in and it was unbearable to wear them for even four hours.

I called customer service, and they asked me if I wanted to put my account on hold. I told them I just wanted to cancel and they set up a next shipment date of 90 days. They're a bad company. You can't even leave a real review on their website. Now I have to waste my time and money to send their crap product back to them because they charged my card without authorization.

Oh and get this. You can't delete your card information once you give it to them. At least my bank's customer service team is amazing. I will NEVER recommend Hubble to anyone.

I love Hubble Contact lenses! I never could wear contact lenses, but these are wonderful! They go on easy and stay on. I can see as clearly with these as I do my glasses. I will never wear glasses again as long as I can get contacts from Hubble. Thanks so much for helping me see with contacts!
