Not quality

I tried the contacts for a few days. They would not stay in place and irritated my eyes. When I tried to call, I was stuck on a recording listening to "deals" for fifteen minutes. Still trying to cancel. Awful.

So happy with this

I'm so happy with this service! Any problems I've had has been met with excellent customer service. The contacts are comfortable and extremely affordable. They come whenever I set them up to be delivered. I used to do it every 30 days, but now I do it just about every 37 days.

Affordable and best

I am having a great experience so far; the lenses are comfortable and affordable! I use one a day when I have time to put them (not easy with three kids around to focus on the process). I would give them to my friends to try for sure!

Very uncomfortable!

I would not recommend Hubble Contacts. They are extremely uncomfortable contact lenses. I accidentally forgot to take them out before bed, and my eyes burned and were bloodshot in the morning. Not worth it.

Super easy

For years getting contacts was such a drag, and now they show up every month like clockwork. I can't tell any difference from my old EXPENSIVE contacts. To me, it's a no-brainer! Give these wet soft blankets for your eyes a try. You'll be happy you did.

So easy, so fast

I heard about Hubble from a coworker. She told me you could get a free couple of weeks worth of contacts to try. I thought I had nothing to lose and was already wearing dailies contacts. My contacts came fast and were super comfy. It saved me from having to order them myself and waiting for them to come. I throw them out every day and put on a new pair. I was scared they wouldn't be comfortable, but they are one of the most comfortable contacts I've worn.

Only contacts I will ever wear!

I had never tried once daily contact lenses before because I was always under the impression that they were inconvenient and expensive, but Boy was I proven wrong!

Not only are Hubble Contacts extremely affordable, sleek and compact to store, but also so comfortable and convenient! Plus, their Customer Service is unparalleled, they make everything easy. I recommend them to all of my friends because they are just too good not to.

You have a customer for life, Hubble!

Uncomfortable the minute you put them in!

I've been wearing contacts for over 10 years now. I've tried so many brands and types of contacts, dailies, bi-weekly, monthly.

I ordered the free trial of these to try them out. Honestly, so uncomfortable from the minute you put them in. Within an hour, they were dry and I had to keep reapplying eyedrops to keeps my eyes hydrated. I tried them out for a week and a half. Will not be ordering again.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Great contacts

Love the convenience of my contacts showing up at my door every 30 days. I don't have to keep a years supply of boxes up in my limited space cabinet. And somehow the prices are cheaper than regular contacts. I've never had any issues, they fit and feel perfect.

Not very good

I've been wearing Hubble Contacts for almost two months now. The contacts are not consistent. I've had to open two pairs frequently because when I open one pack the contacts are hard or have irritated my eyes, and I do not have overly sensitive eyes or allergies. I tried using an eyes solution to clean to see if this helps and sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. I work in an environment where I have to wear contacts for an extended period of time and I can't wear these because they dry my eyes out tremendously. I've tried to make them work, but it just didn't work out for me.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Beware

I tried out the initial box of contacts and quickly realized the quality was not great if you have dry eyes. I didn't cancel in time and received the next shipment, which I paid for since it was my mistake, and then I promptly canceled the subscription. That was September of last year. A few days ago I received a box of contacts from Hubble. I was confused, because not only did I cancel my subscription in 2016, my contact prescription is expired. So I called, just before 5 pm eastern time (I'm west coast), and of course, it was just an automated response to call during business hours. I then sent an email detailing what happened.

The following day I received a snide email from a customer service rep stating they could send contacts up to a year from the subscription start date with the same prescription you signed up with, even if the prescription is expired. She sent a screenshot of their term of service about that and said I didn't cancel my subscription, only skipped orders.

Really? You are telling me I skipped orders for almost a year, and then you magically send one last order, on the one year date of my subscription? She also said that although the boxes themselves are unopened, I cannot return because I opened the outer shipping box. After not receiving contacts for a year because I CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION, I wasn't really sure what was in the box, which is why I opened it.

All in all, Hubble seems to practice rather shady business. Cancelling your subscription can't be done online, you have to actually call, and because it's a phone call, you have no written proof of cancellation, which in turn allows them to continue to send out orders even after canceling. Terrible.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
