False claims of non-stick cookware

By John Markelwith, Marlton, NJ, Verified Reviewer

I loved the infomercials and bought a complete set of their pans, pots, and skillets only to find out that their claims of non-stick are false. I have to spray the pans with Pam before using them to prevent the food from sticking to the bottom. I tried making popcorn in the square pan with a non-stick coating, and I ruined the pan. I have pictures to share with anyone interested. I'm not sure how they were able to cook all of those foods on the infomercial without burning the bottom of the pans, but it is extremely misleading and should be illegal. Someone should be holding these companies accountable for their misleading claims.

Waste of money

By Chris M, British Columbia, Canada, Verified Reviewer

Food stuck to the pan first time using it. Three areas of the surface allow it to continuously show burn marks. Scrubbing doesn't remove the marks. I never used it in the oven, stovetop only. Really wasn't worth the money. Submitting a 1-star review as you cannot give a zero rating.

Good for about a month

By Linda M Boris, Mays Landing, NJ, Verified Reviewer

This pan was great for about a month. Nothing stuck to it. It cleaned up easily. Food came out so cleanly, that sometimes I couldn't even tell by looking at it on the stove if it had been washed already or not. We never used non-stick spray on it, only a little oil and/or butter for flavor.

After about a month, food started sticking in small places on the surface. Before long, everything stuck, to the whole surface, all the time, and eventually became impossible to clean, and I had to throw it out. We took good care with the pan and only cleaned by hand with non-abrasive sponges.

If you want a disposable pan that will be great for about a month, this is for you.

Crappy frying pan, might as well just use the burner

By Mitchell Fraser, Nova Scotia, Canada, Verified Reviewer

First few times I used the pan nothing stuck (likely why the commercial looked so good). Now I have to use a whole bottle of cooking oil or pam to cook even bacon. I have now resorted to my kids' Fisher-Price cookware to do a proper job. In my opinion, this 90-day money back guarantee thing is not real.

Bad product.

By Martin Rudolph, Woodland Hills, CA, Verified Reviewer

This is the worst cooking product I have ever wasted my money on.

Everything sticks to it. It is very hard to clean most of the time. I scrub and scrub, and there is still residue on the pan. I don't see how you can advertise this scam.

Save your money

By Kenneth Wyse, Aylmer, Ontario, Canada, Verified Reviewer

Do not waste your money on this. Horrible product. They said if I send it back with a check for return shipping, they will send a replacement. So if I spend even more money on a product that is junk, I will get another junk pan? Not good business.

9.5 inch pan

By Dale Roussel, Fayette, MI, Verified Reviewer

I purchase 9.5 inch pan months ag. They advertise nonstick, but I have a pan that doesn't come off and still has stains. I tried every way to get these stains off and was unable. They advertised that it doesn't stick if I don't spray with Pam, but it will stick.

Food sticks

By L. Hardin, Texas, Verified Reviewer

I have all sizes of pans and the food sticks in all of them. When we first got them food did not stick. So something happened after we used them awhile. I would like to have replacement pans that do not stick, if they have any, or give the money back. I will not recommend unless they stand up for replacement or money back. Will you replace them?

Everything sticks!

By Joyce Morris, Marina Del Rey, CA, Verified Reviewer

Everything sticks to this non-stick pan. You can’t use high heat. I chipped the non-chip pan using Teflon utensils (?). Pricey for BAD quality. I read all the instructions. It is a pain in the neck or arm and shoulder. VERY heavy.

False Advertising. Fake news. Worst pan I ever had!

Has become my "go to fry pan."

By Mary Murphy, New York, Verified Reviewer

I bought this saute pan in BJ's at the Jersey Shore because the rental had a scuffed non-usable Teflon pan. I didn't expect much of it at the time. It was basically an emergency purchase.

What a surprise. I use it all the time now, replacing my Teflon coated pans.

I use a spritz of Pam and keep the flame low to medium. It cleans up beautifully. I do not put it in the dishwasher; there is no need to. It cleans easier than a plate and still looks new, although I use it every day. I also use non-scuffing utensils, regardless of what the instructions state.

False advertising

By Paula S Bitz, North Dakota, Verified Reviewer

First off, my bill should have been under $100, but they charged my account $189. The add said $49, but the bill noted 1 of 3 payments.

They stick. They scratch. And apparently, you can't use them on glass top stoves, but my mom has the same problem on burners.

Bad, bad, bad!
