I ordered an item, and only AFTER the order was placed does the website inform you of the ridiculous TWO MONTH waiting period! I was still optimistic and waited 2 months, and 3 months later, still NO product. My partner received her parcel 3 months later, but she had to go to a post office to collect it and had to PAY for the parcel. The item (wallet) was cheap and nasty. It cost her more in shipping fees than what the item is really worth.

Avoid this site at all costs. The quality of products and the long wait is really not worth it, if you even do receive your parcel!

Almost all of these are Chinese knockoffs. So if you're looking for an awesome new phone, this is not the sight for you. But if you're into high powered lasers and tactical flashlights, this site is awesome. They also have good deals on fishing equipment as well.

I have bought often but learned some lessons.

- You can't return anything. $1 shipping here and $15 to return. Just throw the item away.

- Just don't buy anything for more than a couple of dollars. NO guarantees. Don't believe them.

- Careful with pricing. It sometimes displays a price that is for another item not pictured. Click "color" and see the price change.

- Don't buy clothing. 3X is Small. NO cotton in China, they grow food.

- Don't order multiples; you'll get one and have to jump through hoops to send a picture of something you didn't get.

While I appreciate the price/shipping and the fast delivery, I did not expect the crystals to be dull, scratched or so cloudy that it makes this brooch not worth wearing. Extremely disappointed.

I ordered and received in one week my first pair of shoes from Wish.com. The description says clearly "shoes made of leather." The shoes are completely made of the cheapest color plastic.

The description of the article is a lie, and the offer and sale under these circumstances a fraud! Fingers away from these dubious retailers!

I am a longtime customer of Wish and I am very satisfied with every order I have ever made. And if there is ever a problem with an order they make every effort to correct it so the customer is satisfied, and the delivery time is in a timely manner.

I was charged for 3 watches that I didn't want because I had my payment method saved. I was only viewing products and was charged. To top it off I didn't even know until the bill didn't go through my checking account because I didn't even receive notification that I purchased anything.

The products on this site are super cheap, and I'm being charged for just as much for shipping as I am for the product. I was unable to call any customer support because they don't have any. Everything is done through there site email.

They notified me that unfortunately the product was already shipped but to wait until it gets here and as long as it's under 30 days they will refund me the money. However, what they left out is that it doesn't include the $30 I was charged for shipping and the money I'm going to spend shipping it back. It will cost me the same amount I paid for the watches I didn't want.

I am super angry and want to talk to a manager.

I would not get the ring. I got it as a free item and within a week the stone, or whatever it is, fell out. Not a good product at all. I would not recommend this to anyone. I would rather go to a store and buy a better product and one that won’t fall out of the ring. I am hesitant about buying any more jewelry from Wish.

So far with this app, you just need to use your best judgment. Do NOT buy clothes! They will come in tiny sizes and are often really terrible material. Do NOT buy electronics!

BUT for the dirt cheap prices, I do recommend using it for cheap jewelry, nic-nacks, and mainly arts and craft stuff.

Use this website for what it is, a cheap junk website! Don't buy anything more than $8 total, and remember what you're paying for.

I'm in love with this app, but that's because I'm a crafty girl. I ordered some bigger items recently and I am a bit scared (but I know that went against my best judgment).

Read the reviews! If a product has no reviews, please do not order!

Don't order things for babies and small children, don't order skin products, and don't order things like that. BUT feel free to order plush toys, cheap jewelry, craft pieces, stones and little things like that.

I have a long list of positives on this site, and I absolutely LOVE IT.

But don't spend any more money than you'd be willing to spend at a crappy dollar store. REMEMBER, you get what you pay for! Don't expect all your items to arrive in a timely fashion or at the same time.

But for people like me, that's super fun! I LIKE having a new package to open on a random day!

Also, I really like how easy it is to keep up with your orders on the app even though the actual shipping starts off takes FOREVER. Don't expect good quality! This is a website for cheap and crafty people.

Everything on this site is complete garbage. No matter how cheap it is, it's still not worth it. Everything I bought was in the trash within a month. Nothing is what it looks like; many of them were just dummy shells of the product that you had seen elsewhere. I wish I could tell everyone so they won't get ripped off the way I was.
