I was charged for 3 watches that I didn't want because I had my payment method saved. I was only viewing products and was charged. To top it off I didn't even know until the bill didn't go through my checking account because I didn't even receive notification that I purchased anything.
The products on this site are super cheap, and I'm being charged for just as much for shipping as I am for the product. I was unable to call any customer support because they don't have any. Everything is done through there site email.
They notified me that unfortunately the product was already shipped but to wait until it gets here and as long as it's under 30 days they will refund me the money. However, what they left out is that it doesn't include the $30 I was charged for shipping and the money I'm going to spend shipping it back. It will cost me the same amount I paid for the watches I didn't want.
I am super angry and want to talk to a manager.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
