On time delivery

I absolutely love that I do not have to call to reorder and that my contacts show up on time every month! Hassle-free for sure! I am hoping to get my daughter in on the monthly delivery.

Life changing! Love them!

I have been wearing contacts since I was 13. I always used monthly’s and always struggled with keeping them clean, the solution, and worrying they might rip or tear. Then I found Hubble daily lenses, and they have literally changed my life.

First of all, they are incredibly cost effective. Second of all, I never have to buy expensive solution or cases. Thirdly, I know my eye health is better since I’m only putting in fresh lenses. Fourthly, I never have to worry about my monthlies ripping and leaving me stranded. Plus, they are delivered every day to my door.

Honestly, I don’t know what I do without these lenses now. Don’t hesitate; get them!

Hubble subscriber for 6+ months

I started to use Hubble in hopes to save a little money and was pleasantly surprised. I am a believer in "you get what you pay for" and my eyes occasionally feel dry, especially at night, but for the most part, I have been satisfied with Hubble! I have also had a few problems with shipment and Hubble's customer service has been extremely helpful!

Nothing is free

This company is a scam. I ordered the free contacts and gave my credit card number for shipping. After receiving the contacts, I tried several times to cancel their service by email and phone. It is impossible to speak to anyone at this company. The contacts kept coming, and charges kept appearing on my credit card. I demanded my money back but they only return part of your money. Such a scam. Beware. And contacts are cheap and not of quality.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Great product with great customer service

I am a believer. They are more comfortable than any mainstream brand I've ever worn, and I've been wearing contact lenses since 2002! The customer service experience has also been stellar. Fully recommend these lenses!

Cheap but with quality issues

I am on my second full month of Hubble Contacts and yes they are cheaper and just as comfortable as the Acuvue lenses (they do not offer the define though). So far I have had three bad lenses right out of the pack; two were completely dry and one was torn.

I did reach out to Hubble customer service each time and was told to send pictures, order number and such. After what I thought was an adequate time before receiving a response (about two weeks), beyond the automatic email that they received my request for help, I was told by Jeff that "they would look into it." There was no talk from them to "make it right," I just felt from them the old saying, "too bad, too sad."

If these types of quality issues continue, the value that Hubble presents will diminish. If their quality improves I would recommend, but as of right now, no, I do not recommend.

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Greatest decision to switch to Hubble, ever!

I used to wear monthly contacts. I HATED THEM. Constant stress, so much eyestrain, and the contacts would CONSTANTLY hurt. Sometimes they even would fall out! I hated monthly contacts. It was annoying to store them.

I saw a commercial on Hubble daily lenses, and it's been almost two weeks since I got my first free boxes, and I absolutely LOVE THEM. They're so much better, and I have had no issues with them whatsoever. And they are so comfortable, that sometimes I forget they're even in! My eyes feel a lot better, and I can see so much better. Putting in a fresh contact every day is so nice. Everything is sharp and clear. I can see so much better.

If you are a monthly contact wearer, I recommend switching to Hubble daily lenses, they're great. I have been telling my monthly wearing friends/family to give Hubble a try.

Deceptive

Beware, they will NOT allow you enough TRIAL TIME to decide if the subscription is worth keeping. They do not cancel when you ask so they can continue to charge you. They steal your money and the lenses are CRAP, made of the lowest quality, paper thin and are soaked in BAD SOLUTION making them very uncomfortable. Dispute all charges to this company and force them OUT OF BUSINESS.

Terrible quality

I was looking for contacts and was found on the Hubble site.

I didn't know that after you sign up that they're going to keep taking money from the card you have on the account. RIDICULOUS.

I got the contacts in three weeks and they are by far the worse contact lenses I've ever had in my life. I have no astigmatism and they do not fit your eye properly, and the quality, in general, is just trash. They keep ripping in your eye.

I called them and told them that after the first experience with them I do not wish to buy anymore and told them to unsubscribe me. I called multiple times and I'm still on the list after talking with numerous amounts of people. I still get emails saying that they're trying to take money from my card, but luckily I went to my bank and deactivated that card due to them just withdrawing money whenever they feel like without any order made, etc.

I 100% know it's a scam cause trying to get a hold of someone first is IMPOSSIBLE. However, I rather pay extra at a ACTUAL EYE DOCTOR and at least know my contacts work, are the proper prescription, are great quality, and won't have someone constantly withdrawing money without my consent.

I will not recommend.

Seamless

Bad customer service

Extremely poor service with this company. I received my free two weeks supply of contacts. Then my first shipment of paid for contacts came and they were bad, like I didn't have contacts in. So I called customer service and after several conversations talking to several different people, I was told I would receive an expedited shipment as a replacement.

I didn't receive them until a week later (I don't consider that expedited). When I tried them and they were the same as the last; I couldn't see with them. This has happened two more times with the same result. I've spent many hours on the phone trying to get this worked out. I've got three different shipments of contacts that I can't use, a 6-month supply!

I've been told that a supervisor would call me back but that never happens. I was also told that Jeffrey, the quality control person, would call me and that hasn't happened! Worst customer service I've EVER had!

Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
