I’ve only been using this for 1 week so while I cannot comment on how the Multi-GI 5 is working for me, I can comment on the flavor. I was pleasantly surprised and happy about the taste. The strawberry lemonade taste is so good and satisfying. Tastes just like the real thing. For me, it has a slight tingling effect in the back of my throat. Kind of gives me that kick start to my morning. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 and the "almost" part is that I am having a problem getting it to dissolve in liquid. I have been mixing it with water and I stir and stir and stir and it never completely dissolves. Not so pleasant drinking it with clumps in it. However, I did try mixing it today with Perrier water, I still had to stir and stir but it completely dissolved. Happy I was because I love this product and with the great taste it’s not going to be a product I will tire of drinking on a daily basis. Looking forward to seeing some great results.

I bought 4 bottles of the Multi-GI 5 product. I have been taking 1 scoop daily in the morning and have completed 1 bottle so far. My stomach seems to be better, but I am not sure about seeing any increase in energy or weight management. My number one reason for getting this product was to help my stomach. I have been having some serious pain.

I've been putting my Multi-GI 5 in my smoothie with a frozen banana, strawberries, and water. It tastes like a frozen strawberry banana lemonade. I've lost 22 pounds since I started taking this product and I just ordered 3 more jars!

Well, so far I have only been on this for 2 weeks but I have noticed my bowels are more regular than usual. I had Gastric By-Pass 17 years ago and have always had liquid stools one day followed by constipation ever since. But not these last 2 weeks, it's kind of wonderful to be normal again and I have only added GI 5. I will update as I continue to take this.

Good day.

It's too soon for my review because it has not been 30 days since I've been taking Multi GI-5 (2 weeks), maybe I would have something (I am seeing/I am not seeing) to report.

My true reason for trying this produce is my poor health due to an auto accident approximately 20 years ago which left me brain injured and mobility impaired.

My health issues are increasing now that I'm older, I would like to physically feel stronger so I can manage my health, i.e.. Physical Therapy and or self care/errands without feeling I am about to pass out.

I would love it if Multi-GI 5 helped me with my gut health so I could be stronger, minus the aches and pains so I am giving it 3 months.

I don't have anyone to help me so I am taking the initiative to help myself by giving this product a try.

It is very difficult being young and disabled and much worse now that it is 20 years later, I cannot be gainfully employed but I need to feel that I can still be independent now as I go up in age; this is what I am hoping for be trying Multi-GI 5 since I've been hearing, gut health is the way to total health.

I drink it every day before breakfast. The taste is perfect. I have become "regular" which for me is a bonus. It does not curb my appetite whatsoever. If the premise behind the GI 5 is regularity then it is fine. I never had bloating or stomach discomfort. I was mainly having issues with constipation and so far it has corrected that. I was hopeful that my cravings would subside but they have not. I bought two more canisters because they were on sale and will use them up and see how I respond in other ways. I do expel gas pretty much constantly too.

This Multi-GI 5 tastes fantastic and to prepare it takes less than two seconds. I’ve been using this product for about 3 weeks I’m almost certain that it’s helping me to rise early and with more energy than I have had in months. I’m pretty sure my gut is melting away. I was skeptical so I didn’t measure my stomach before starting this product, now I wish I had. Anyway, I will be ordering again soon! And the taste is great even though I cough every time I prepare it, but that seems normal from what I’ve read!

I've only taken it 4 times now. It has a really nasty aftertaste but after reading other people's reviews I at least now know what it is. I have a really slow digestive system and have a real problem when it comes time to go to the bathroom. I'm lucky if I can have a bowel movement every 5/6 days. I already take Miralax every day, so I really want this product to work. Like I said, it came in the mail 4 days ago and I started to drink it that day and the 3 days after and I still have not gone, and my insides are really bothering me with gas and a bloating feeling. But I am going to try it out for a bit more. I do go to the gym 3 days a week so I'm hoping the exercise from that will give me the kick start I need. I only did get 1 exercise day in with this stuff. I am just hoping my body needs to get used to it. I do drink a lot of water, but if you can think of something else to get me started I would like that.

I am about at the bottom of my first jar and results seem positive. I definitely have more energy and my craving for sweets is less. Lost a couple of pounds but have not been dieting.
