So, we decided to give Multi-GI 5 a try for 30 days. Daily I ask my husband, "Well, do you think it's helping?" The first week he said, "I think I feel better..." Now we are on day 25 and he asked me this morning, "Did you order more - it's definitely helping." Now, for him to encourage me to spend money - I know it's making a big difference to both of us and worth it. Tastes pretty good - actually find that I look forward to it in the mornings now.

Burned my throat for 24 hours after first use. Gave me stomach cramps and a metallic taste in my mouth. I really wanted this to work for weight loss and digestive issues. I’m glad that it worked for so many others but it is not for me.

So my experience has been resentful, it does help with healthy digestion, I've felt I feel so much better during my time taking Unify Health, it also balances gut flora really well and it does give me more energy. My only complaint is the powder drink mix is very very strong, it makes me cough each time I pour the powder from the scoop into my water or juice and it's very very hard to absorb in water, it gets very clunky and even after shaking it continuously, it doesn't break down well at all. And it numbs my lips and mouth for about 30 seconds after drinking, but, I do like the product so far. It keeps you regular, detoxing you if you use it daily.

This is the best thing to come my way in a long time. As an older person I had my problem with the bathroom, if you know what I mean. This product is a Godsend to me. As a matter of fact, I'm going to order more. If you have these problems relieving yourself this product is what you need.

My experience has been feeling more energy. I have not lost the weight I hoped to lose, however, I contribute that possibly to struggles with IBS. I will continue with the product and will let you know further results. Thanks for the recipes, which I tried.

Day 3 of taking the GI 5 I was surprised. First, it didn't taste bad at all. I noticed I was not having gas issues, my eating habits changed for the good. I regret not getting the special when offered, but it's alright. I will get another bottle one day.

I just started on my Multi-G 5 today and I found that if you use 1 scoop powder of Multi- G 5 to 2 scoop water and mix it until it together until it dissolves, then add the rest of your liquid water or juice and it will not be lumpy but smooth. Just a tip that helps me out. I can’t at this time give a true rating because this is my first day. So I’ll give it a 2 right now and I would have to say no because I can’t recommend it right now because I don’t know how it’s going to help me since it’s my first day. I will give a true update when I have used it for a couple of weeks to a month to see how it helps me.

My husband and I decided to take Multi-GI 5 for different reasons.

I had been having stomach pains and heartburn and thanks to menopause, weight gain. My husband had decided that diarrhea was normal for him as it had been that way for over a year. We are on our second jar of Multi-GI 5 and both of us have found that our symptoms have disappeared. And I am losing about a pound a week!

I drink it every day before breakfast. The taste is perfect. I have become "regular" which for me is a bonus. It does not curb my appetite whatsoever. If the premise behind the GI 5 is regularity then it is fine. I never had bloating or stomach discomfort. I was mainly having issues with constipation and so far it has corrected that. I was hopeful that my cravings would subside but they have not. I bought two more canisters because they were on sale and will use them up and see how I respond in other ways. I do expel gas pretty much constantly too.

Randy Jackson's ad caught my eye immediately because I had been hoping for a way to improve my gut health. I am lactose intolerant and a year ago I was prescribed antibiotics for a bad bacteria found after a biopsy from my stomach. Unfortunately, antibiotics kill both bad and good bacteria. Since that time, I have experienced diarrhea daily, as many as 4 or 5 times. I was miserable and began researching online to find any information that could lead to a resolution of this horrible condition. I learned that prebiotics are recommended because good bacteria feed on prebiotics. When I watched Randy Jackson's video, I was convinced that it would provide the balance in my gut health that I so desperately needed. After 3 weeks of taking GI 5, I am experiencing great improvement with hard stools for the first time in years. I can resume life now.

Today is my first day using this product. I am hoping to lose some weight with this product because I haven’t had any success with dieting. In a perfect world I am able to lose weight and keep it off. I have lost weight in the past, only to gain it back plus 10 more pounds. My goal is to lose a total of 50 pounds and keep it off permanently.
