I bought a condo in Tampa, Florida, which is 3,000 miles away. I was a little worried the distance and difference between the two states (Washington and Florida) would cause me some trouble. There were a couple of times that I was a little confused on what was needed, but it was more me not buying real estate very often that lead to confusion rather than what Quicken Loans was asking for. It was slightly more complicated than sitting across the table from someone, but it really worked out well and very easy to do.
