    FixMeStick

    I was underwhelmed

    Overall Experience:

    I ran this on a new PC with one issue I wanted fixed. I had to write the help desk to resolve it in Windows. It took 18 hours to run and not the 20 minutes I expected. It did fix registry errors, but Windows comes with as much as 50% registry errors and will work just fine. I also ran it on a slow running Panasonic Toughbook and it took 5 days with a 500 gig drive in it. In the end, it found a ton of errors, but five days later when I tried to click on "fix problems," it was frozen. I can't say if this product will work for you. This is only the two times I used it.

    Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

      Thanks for your review. The length of the scan entirely depends on the amount of RAM the computer has and the number of files/space it has to go through. If your scan is freezing, you likely will need to complete a factory upgrade of the FixMeStick which will likely solve this issue.
