I started taking it two weeks ago. Two days after starting, I started getting horrible stomach cramps, so severe it would cause me to vomit! At first I thought it was a bug, but my husband was fine. Now after two weeks of no energy, horrible stomach pain, it hit me, this started just after I started taking 1MD! So, I stopped two days ago, today, no more pain, energy is back and I feel good for the first time since I started this so-called probiotic! Going back to Smart Belly!
Also, the guarantee is a joke!
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend
