The first time I used eSalon was many years ago, and my hair was shorter. Then I was very pleased with the outcome. Not anymore.

I totally changed my color, therefore I was pleased that an eSalon colorist called me before making my blend. She was making sure I wanted such a drastically different color.

I colored my hair today following the directions exactly. My hair is very long, to the middle of my back. It took forever to rinse my hair. Finally, I shampooed and used the conditioner supplied. I again rinsed for at least 10 minutes just to get the conditioner thinned out.

I tried blow drying my hair. It was like trying to dry waxed hair. I shampooed two more times and used no conditioner. Still a good amount of wax on my hair.

What in the world did you do with the formula of the conditioner? I love the color, but that's it. I won't use eSalon again.
