Link to this ReviewI've been using Curology for almost five months with great results. I've been very happy with the products and my provider. However, my last $40 order of a 2-month supply never arrived, even though the tracking info says it was "delivered to mailbox." My delivery address is a retail boutique that I own and work in. There is no "mailbox." On the date and time that USPS claims they delivered my order, I was at my store with the door wide open doing business. This was clearly a delivery error on the part of USPS. I immediately contacted customer service and was told by Brittany that I should follow up with USPS myself to track down the package. It was also suggested that I gave them the wrong delivery address. This was not an acceptable response. I asked that Curology please follow up with USPS and/or please send me a replacement. At this point, all communication ceased for a week. I reached out to Brittany several times asking for a follow-up response and only received one after giving her a negative review. At that point, she told me she would send me a replacement if I once again confirmed my delivery address, which I promptly did AGAIN. That was a week ago, no response since. I've emailed every day and still no response. I emailed my provider, still no response.
It's been over two weeks now that the package has been missing. I'm out $40, off my regimen and have been utterly ignored. There is no phone number and no way to speak to a person. Horrible horrible customer service. I will be filing a claim with my credit card company and canceling my subscription. Really a shame because I liked the product very much. AVOID!
