    Noom Diet

    Very intensely supported and person centered

    Overall Experience:

    I have been using Noom for about 5 weeks. My difficulties in losing weight & sustaining the loss have been lifelong. Thus, I requested slow weight loss, in the hopes that I would be able to stick with the changes to my habits.

    I have lost about a pound a week. I have a personal coach who helps me a few times a week. I also am part of a group that keeps us motivated and focused. Each day there are tasks for us to check off, and research-based tips and perspectives. It is all done through my phone - no shaming weigh-ins at meetings. I think this is going to work.

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
