I decided to try Noom after seeing it on Facebook. It may seem similar to other programs with the biggest difference is the health coach that checks in on a weekly basis. I am not new to dieting, but being "mindful" about all I eat was the best thing for me. I loved all aspects of this program. Super easy! Couldn’t be happier. Started losing weight right off the hop!
