    Noom Diet

    Amazing program that WORKS!

    Overall Experience:

    I’ve been using Noom for five weeks and have lost 7 lbs so far. Good, sensible weight loss. No gimmicks or special foods. I eat what I want and they teach you there aren’t "good" and "bad" foods, just ways to eat sensibly and still lose weight. The changes are gradual and you learn the "why’s" of why you eat the way you do and how to change your habits. You have coaches that will support you and help you work on your goals. This program WORKS - and will not have you gaining weight back because of a restricted diet!

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
