I went into Noom a little apprehensively after reading a few reviews and watching some on YouTube. I'm so happy I took the plunge anyway! I've been on the program for a little over six weeks and have lost twelve pounds!
The best part of the app for me is the logging reminders I get throughout the day. It keeps me on track with my food, and I love the red, yellow, green food labels to encourage me to add more green to my diet. I love the fact I can eat anything, but I've learned to "tame my elephant" and make sure my "rider" is in charge of my food choices.
Oh, and the recipes are #freakingamazing (Noom loves hashtags).
The Noomers are hilarious, and the articles make losing weight fun. There is a bit of excitement to each day, and I no longer fear the scale.
I plan on continuing the program for as long as I need!
