I’m enjoying this app; I think it is challenging my thinking about food and my behaviors. I sometimes feel like there’s a bit too much to read each day and that I struggle to keep up. It is very American in language and measurements etc., but I don’t mind that, the difficulty sometimes comes when trying to log Scottish food but I’m doing my best! I think the information is good and helpful and I do like the use of research references. I haven’t lost much weight yet, but I will persevere.
