I’ve been using Noom for a month now. I’m impressed by their science-based approach to supporting a healthy diet and lifestyle. I don’t like to think of it as a "diet," rather it’s a cheerleading squad with tips and support for eating to live instead of living to eat. Losing weight is really just a side effect. The plus side is they want to teach you to stay slim! I highly recommend this program.
